Was sent wrong magazine to start with but simple call and was sent correct magazine strait away great service to be fair

I’m very happy I chose Unique magazines to subscribe to my favourite magazine while I can’t get out to the shops to buy it for myself due to lockdown. I appreciate an email that tells me that my magazine will shortly be arriving, mine is printed in Germany so has been subject to delays recently. It’s easy and quick to renew my subscription. Thank you.

Ordered 12 months subscription of Thoroughbred Owner and Breeder on 9th December 2020 as a Christmas gift. It still has not been received, and no further communication received from you either. Can you please advise?

Hi, I apologise that this has not been recieved. Currently, the Hola! publisher has stopped sending in copies due to Brexit, we've given them the relevant information they need to start sending in copies so we can get these dispatched to all customers. It is with Hola! magazine to sort at the moment so we are just waiting to hear about what their next steps are. We are hoping to receive this back in as normal very soon. Jigsaws, reading, binge watching box sets and Sudoku are what keeps us going through this horrible lockdown so it's nice to have a dependable and regular supply of new puzzles

My grandson looks forward to receiving his copy and thoroughly enjoys the activities, artefacts sent and content. It’s informative and fun so he retains a lot of knowledge. Thank you.
