Hi, I am sorry to hear this. We began sending magazines via air mail from the 5th of February meaning unfortunately, any magazines dispatched before then to rest of world, were sent sea freight. This means it could take a maximum of 12 weeks for this single issue of Violet to arrive. If nothing has been recieved in this time scale, please let me know and I will ensure to compensate. “On 28 May 2020 I received your email confirmation (UM1097878) of our order subsequent to you taking £123.00 payment for the yearly subscription by debit card. We have not received even one of the 26 issues; this after having complained to you on three separate occasions. That`s nine months!! Can you explain or excuse this?”
