“On 28 May 2020 I received your email confirmation (UM1097878) of our order subsequent to you taking £123.00 payment for the yearly subscription by debit card. We have not received even one of the 26 issues; this after having complained to you on three separate occasions. That`s nine months!! Can you explain or excuse this?”
