Hi, Hope you are ok. I hope you understand originally, We used royal mail and due to there strike action and the cyber attacks which are both out of our control, The deliveries internationally suffered massively. This really saddened us and we knew we had to do something for our customers. This is why we decided to work hard for a resolution and this is when we found a new mailing system which is more consistent. Hopefully, Deliveries will improve but at this time, It is all trial and error. It is out of our control how fast it is delivered, But we do ask customers to allow a very maximum of 15 days in Europe and if it arrives after this date, Too let us know so we can compensate.
Since your first issue was sent on the 26th Jan 23 I would expect it too have arrived by now but if it has not, let us know so we can help you further!

Hi, I am sorry for the delivery time. Despite this, on our confirmation mail we do inform customers delivery to overseas addressed can take this maximum time scale of 30 days via priority air mail. I am glad however, that he was pleased with the magazine! Thanks for letting us know. Thanks, Ellie 😊
Hi Eileen. We already get these magazines a day earlier than stores get them, with the hopes they always arrive with customers in time for the listings beginning on the Saturday. During the christmas period, where strikes were ongoing, we sent multiple issues earlier than planned and this helped them arrive. Thanks for your feedback but this is something we did already action and were hoping with no further strikes scheduled as of yet, we can send in the usual way and customers will get them as regularly as they used too before the strike period. “I am able to subscribe to an overseas magazine and have it delivered to my Mom .The process was easy and the magazines always arrive promptly. Unique Magazines keeps me up to date on when the subscription will expire and when the next edition is about to be sent out so I know what is going on, even though I don't receive the magazine myself.”

Hi, When you placed this order online, you selected issue 60 which is due on the 8th of December 2022. This magazine is due for publish on this date and we will be sending it the same day with 1st class postage. We would expect it too arrive the next day but please allow the maximum of 7 working days for delivery before reporting the issue as missing.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback this is really useful! With single issues we are usually able to send in the same packaging quite easily, using 1st class postage and tracking. We have a system in which we can send sub magazines together, despite them all not coming in on the same day. If you were to renew your sub let me know and we can hold magazines back sending them all together on a Thursday.
Despite this, postage would still need to be paid due to the weight of the magazines together.
