quick and easy to order but it was for a Birthday gift and didnot arrive till 3 weeks later a bit of a disappointment

In regards to the delivery wait, it can take 3-4 weeks for publishers to receive and process customers orders - I am glad the first edition did not take any longer than this to be received however! A COMPLETE SHAMBLES... Of my last ten orders two have arrived damaged. With six of them payment has been blocked by something called SagePay. Sadly Unique Magazines are indeed unique but for all the wrong reasons. On a positive note the company do have a big selection of magazines but Newsstand are so much better.

Hi Paul, thank you for your review. I apologise that you have had so much trouble with setting up orders then some being received damaged. Our payment system is SagePay and unfortunately it is out of control whether the payments go through on here - there can be a number of reasons why SagePay rejected your card - our apologies. Regarding the damaged editions - our distribution team is aware and we are currently looking at better packaging materials and methods. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this. With the need to exercise the brain to keep you young, the Sudoku magazine fits the bill perfectly. With the regular subscription it turns up every month without fail and quite often, just as I am ready.

I haven't got this magazine Issue 7 of your 13 issue subscription to Sudoku Grand Masters has been dispatched today and should be with you shortly. Usually it has taken three weeks to come. Now it is 29th day from delivery. Can I get a new magazine,or?

Hi, I am so so sorry to hear this! I can confirm we checked in with suppliers and were informed, issue 08 was not published, hence the gap in your subscription. I can confirm this means, nothing was deducted from your sub for this missing issue and an extra issue will be provided at the end of the subscription. The sept 21 issue is due on the 24th of September and this will be the next issue of your sub, kicking off your renewal. I really hope this is ok and thanks so much for your understanding. Hi, So sorry to hear about this one late delivery! We send your What's On Tv a day before stores get them in, with 1st class postage. Since they are being sent on a Tuesday, they should definitely arrive in time for the Saturday, when listings begin. If you let us know by the following Monday when issues are late, we can always compensate by extending the sub! Thanks so much for the 4 stars though, that is so brilliant. Hi, Thanks for this. Our prices are generated based on the average cover price of the magazine, the weight, the postage applied and all packaging. We are not publishers and so we must pay to get hold of this stock from suppliers and consider any compensations which may need applying. We ensure we make ends meet for staff, through the prices generated and they are thoroughly checked! I am sorry you found this expensive and if there are any offers, it will show on our site.
