Hi, Hope you are ok and I am sorry to hear this. We send what's on TV first class from our end, every Tuesday. They should always arrive by the Saturday and we have a large number of customer's for this magazine and a small number of delivery complaints. We cannot always guarantee it will arrive on time but we can always compensate if they do not get to customers by the Saturday in time for the listings. I do know that at the moment, there are delays in the post due to current self isolation laws regarding Covid-19, meaning shortages of staff within the royal mail services. “This is a common problem when one is asked for a review from a magazine company. It says "you have purchased a magazine from us please let us have a review". I have purchased a few magazines recently, so I don't know the magazine to which this survey refers. The survey needs to specify the name of the magazine which you have bought. This is not a problem unique to "unique " magazines Unfortunately I am not able to give a review and there is no alternative other than a poor one to bring this to the attention of the survey people and the magazine.

Hi, for each magazine you order from us, we send off a confirmation email including which magazine was ordered, how much you paid and the address included ect. “I have been getting my magazine delivered from unique magazines for over a year now and never had a problem until last week. Didn’t receive my issue so phoned them and they added another issue onto my subscription then I received my list issue on the same day as my next issue. Still a good service though would recommend.”

I do know there is some delays in particular areas of the post these last few weeks, due to the current self-isolation laws regarding Covid-19. “I've subscribed for Sudoku Grand Masters for several years now and plan to continue as it's a perfect puzzle book for me. In the early days I could enter the £500 monthly competition on line but that has not been available for several years which is disappointing as it is still showing as an option on the competition puzzle page???
The subscription is 13 magazines per year which to me is 1 every 28 days but they don't arrive with that regularity, it seems almost every 30 days?
Finally, can we have more killer sudoku instead of the 16 out of 120 puzzles?
