“I have been getting my magazine delivered from unique magazines for over a year now and never had a problem until last week. Didn’t receive my issue so phoned them and they added another issue onto my subscription then I received my list issue on the same day as my next issue. Still a good service though would recommend.”

I do know there is some delays in particular areas of the post these last few weeks, due to the current self-isolation laws regarding Covid-19. “I've subscribed for Sudoku Grand Masters for several years now and plan to continue as it's a perfect puzzle book for me. In the early days I could enter the £500 monthly competition on line but that has not been available for several years which is disappointing as it is still showing as an option on the competition puzzle page???
The subscription is 13 magazines per year which to me is 1 every 28 days but they don't arrive with that regularity, it seems almost every 30 days?
Finally, can we have more killer sudoku instead of the 16 out of 120 puzzles?

“Great selection of magazines and they arrived super quickly. Unfortunately there was some minor damage to one of the large format magazines and I would have expected this to be backed with cardboard to protect it.”
Hi, Really sorry to hear about the damage. The packaging all depends on factors such as location for delivery, the weight of the magazine, whether it is a larger letter or parcel, The cover price. We always send these in pristine condition and so I assume the damage was done whilst on the way to you. We can never confirm that the magazine will get there in perfect condition, due to it being moved around within the postal services. We recently got some new stronger envelopes, for certain magazines which will be used in future. Hi, Hope you are ok ! This order is through publishers and so we can only offer the 6 or 12 month subs, as they choose this. Furthermore, we do offer a one of payment for the 12 issue sub, to save you paying a direct debit; https://www.uniquemagazines.co.uk/BBC-Gardeners-World-Magazine-Subscription-p1355. Most of our magazines are all one of payments and we offer a number of frequency options but with publisher one's, they often dictate this unfortunately. In regards to the pricing, we must consider the cover price of the magazine, the postage per magazine, packing and of course, they are delivered to your door. “Arrived in time for a birthday suprise at the start of the pandemic and meant we could be sure to have it even when not going in shops. Very helpful customer service when I've had questions. Would have definitely continued the subscription if publishers hadn't completely changed the magazine content.”

“Very keen prices compared to competitors. I took out a subscription as a gift for a friend 4 weeks ago but I have no way of knowing if the first issue has been delivered unless I hear from the recipient which I have not
