The activities and cut outs are always so popular, making it more than just a magazine to read but to also be able to interact with. Hi, Thanks for this. The cover price of the magazine itself is extremely small, so we understand any queries regarding this overall subscription price, including delivery. We must work these prices out via the cover price, weight of the magazine, postage costs and packaging per issue. We also compensate whenever issues are classed as missing and do not arrive as expected. These prices make ends meet and it means we can provide you with your issues each week! “Good quality and content. Expensive for those of us not in the UK. Updated: Can't reply to replies. $61.03 USD is a lot for 3 magazines. They are great magazines, I don't regret getting 3 issues, but I doubt I will order more.”

Hi, Thanks for this. These prices are worked out via a number of factors such as cover price, weight to determine postage price, air mail costs and packaging. For delivery to the United States, it can vary but we understand the cost of postage is more than what it would be to send here in the UK. The toys can also help advance gross and motor skills on occasion, ensuring that they are taking part in active and educational play. “I have been getting my magazine delivered from unique magazines for over a year now and never had a problem until last week. Didn’t receive my issue so phoned them and they added another issue onto my subscription then I received my list issue on the same day as my next issue. Still a good service though would recommend.”

I do know there is some delays in particular areas of the post these last few weeks, due to the current self-isolation laws regarding Covid-19. This means staff in the royal mail are running behind but I am glad we could compensate, for the missing issue and these delays should not be a regular occurrence. “I've subscribed for Sudoku Grand Masters for several years now and plan to continue as it's a perfect puzzle book for me. In the early days I could enter the £500 monthly competition on line but that has not been available for several years which is disappointing as it is still showing as an option on the competition puzzle page??? The subscription is 13 magazines per year which to me is 1 every 28 days but they don't arrive with that regularity, it seems almost every 30 days? Finally, can we have more killer sudoku instead of the 16 out of 120 puzzles? Peter”

This magazine is a monthly magazine, but your subscription includes a extra edition. Despite this, we appreciate the feedback and it may be good to pass onto publisher's. Thanks again , Ellie :)

“Great selection of magazines and they arrived super quickly. Unfortunately there was some minor damage to one of the large format magazines and I would have expected this to be backed with cardboard to protect it.”

Hi, Really sorry to hear about the damage. The packaging all depends on factors such as location for delivery, the weight of the magazine, whether it is a larger letter or parcel, The cover price. We always send these in pristine condition and so I assume the damage was done whilst on the way to you. We can never confirm that the magazine will get there in perfect condition, due to it being moved around within the postal services. We recently got some new stronger envelopes, for certain magazines which will be used in future. I am so sorry about this and if you would like to possibly get a replacement issued, if it is unreadable, please email me on; ellie.purvis@uniquemagazines.co.uk.
