Hi, So sorry to hear about this one late delivery! We send your What's On Tv a day before stores get them in, with 1st class postage. Since they are being sent on a Tuesday, they should definitely arrive in time for the Saturday, when listings begin. We are not publishers and so we must pay to get hold of this stock from suppliers and consider any compensations which may need applying. Hi, so happy to hear this! Kick magazine left the warehouse on the 26th of August 2021 and it was sent via priority air mail! These prices are generated based on the average cover price of the magazine, the 1st class postage, the packaging and the weight of the magazine dispatched. We also must make ends meet, as we get this off a supplier and a lot of work goes on behind the scenes, to ensure the magazine is sent before they go in shops. This ensures customers get their magazine before the Saturday and if not, we always compensate! We understand you paid £28.00 on the last sub and £30.00 on the new one, meaning an increase was added after this system generated prices. This price covers everything included!
