“I ordered a copy of a magazine in early December. I live in Canada so was prepared to have a delay in it arriving, but the only notification I have received from you is that because of Covid the magazine will not be mailed for an indefinite period in time. If it was mailed just after I ordered it, and I am assuming it wouldn’t take that long to process my order because you took my payment right away, it would be nice to receive a confirmation that the issue had indeed been mailed. Instead, I got a notification a week before Christmas saying it is indefinitely suspended. As a customer, I would appreciate receiving more information on my specific order and not a generic notice. So I have no way of knowing if my magazine is already on its way, or if I am able to cancel my order. I do understand that Covid has thrown a wrench into things, but I think that when you take my money you should be able to be in contact with me personally and let me know what’s happening. Thank you.”
Hi, thank you for your review. I apologise that you did not receive your dispatch notification. I can confirm that your issue was dispatched on the 1st of December. We do have to advise customers that orders may take between 6-12 weeks to arrive outside of Europe. Unfortunately this is due to increase in costs that we could not absorb to send via air mail and therefore all mail is sent via sea freight. I do apologise for all the inconvenience caused. Rather than the expense of paying for a yearly subscription, as is usually a requirement when buying a subscription, with Unique Magazine I'm able to buy month by month which is just ideal for me. Customer service is first class also with queries being answered within 24hrs in some cases. Not much more I can say except I highly recommend buying your magazine subscription from this company.”

“I preordered a magazine and it was sent out the day it came out. Everything was fine. Shipping to Germany was just about 1,5 week even though it was the Xmas holidays. Only thing I was missing was a shipping notification but apart from that I'm satisfied and would order definitely again. Thank you.”
