“The magazine arrived within a few days but I am disappointed as I selected the tick box when paying that said this was a gift, yet it arrived in a very thin plastic bag and so was ripped. It wouldn't have cost Unique magazines much to post the magazine in an envelope and the magazine would have arrived in one piece. I wouldn't use this company again.”
I am very sorry to hear the magazine arrived damaged. We post worldwide and don't usually have any problems with our packaging. Would you like me to resend the issue?
“I have just subscribed to Girl Talk, unfortunately I wasn’t expect it to start so soon as I have just purchased the latest issue so do not want it. Would have liked to choose a start date as it’s a birthday present and will arrive before my granddaughters birthday and before I tell her. Not pleased!!!”
Hello, when the issue is in stock a subscription starts straight away. If you had of called our customer service team we would have been able to start the order at a particular date on request. The next issue has now been posted today. I will make this the first issue on the subscription, and can confirm your granddaughter will have a further 5 issues to come. I hope she enjoys her birthday gift
“The magazines don't always arrive and there's no indication of how long we have to wait till subscriptions start. I never know whether to buy the magazine from a shop and risk ending up with two copies or wait in the hope that the magazine will arrive from Unique Magazines and risk missing a copy altogether. They also don't reply to messages. On the positive side, they realised when one of my magazines stopped being produced and refunded what I'd already paid, but I can really only give a poor rating when the magazines I've paid for don't always arrive.”

Your subscription is due to start with issue 10 due on 24th August, it will then be dispatched to yourself straight away. You will receive a notification email to let you know it has been posted
