“We ordered three magazines. We waited until halfway through April to order and as this magazine comes out on the 1st of every month we expected to be sent May, June and July’s edition. Instead we were sent April's, one we already had.
My 8 year old ended up spending £21 of his pocket money on three magazines that cost £5 each and only ended up getting two.
Unique magazine give no option for choosing which mag you want sent out first which is frankly ridiculous.”

Sometimes it arrives a little late but that’s due to our irregular postal delivery.
Bought originally to relieve the boredom or lockdown, but now would buy regularly, either by subscribing or at my local newsagent, when ever I feel comfortable to go there.”

The delivery by post is consistently delivered 3 days in advance and allows her to plan her viewing in advance and really look forward to it rather than flicking through channels.

I enquired by email and was told it could take up to 6 weeks for the first magazine to be delivered. A magazine printed in the UK takes 6 weeks to be delivered to a UK address? Not good enough.”
