“I have only received one magazine so far and that came middle of the week that the listings were for. Is this because of problems with Royal Mail or problems your end? If this is not covid related and normal service then I will be cancelling my subscription”
Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm so far we have posted 2 magazines out. We have changed the postage of the TV magazines to be first class to ensure they will be with our customers as soon as possible. They come out on a Tuesday and are posted on a Tuesday. You should expect to receive it now on a Wednesday or Thursday in time for them to begin on the Saturday. I will extend your subscription by 1 issue to compensate for the one you haven't received. Hello, thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that both issues were posted on a Wednesday 2nd class mail. In light of the current situation we have now decided that we will be posting these magazines first class from this week. Please note you should now expect to receive the magazine on a Thursday or Friday at the latest. We have been informed that Royal Mail are struggling with 2nd class post. Kind Regards Sarah
