“I ordered four of the tv magazine for my dad. The first one arrived one week late, the second one has not arrived. I have been trying to cancel the order for the magazines as I assume itโs not arriving on time because of the pandemic. But I have emailed three times and heard nothing.”

We have very high volumes of messages at the moment and are working with limited staff due to the current Covid 19 situation. I can confirm that we have sent 2 issues.
