We dispatch your take a break every Thursday and this should take no longer than 5 working days for delivery, so it arrives before the next issue goes on sale. We have had no claims from you for missing issues therefore, have been unable to compensate for any super late or missed issues, as we not aware of the problems you were facing! I am really sorry to hear this, as we send them regularly and do everything from our end to ensure customers get their magazines.
