“I have been getting my magazine delivered from unique magazines for over a year now and never had a problem until last week. Didn’t receive my issue so phoned them and they added another issue onto my subscription then I received my list issue on the same day as my next issue. Still a good service though would recommend.”

I do know there is some delays in particular areas of the post these last few weeks, due to the current self-isolation laws regarding Covid-19. This means staff in the royal mail are running behind but I am glad we could compensate, for the missing issue and these delays should not be a regular occurrence. “I've subscribed for Sudoku Grand Masters for several years now and plan to continue as it's a perfect puzzle book for me. In the early days I could enter the £500 monthly competition on line but that has not been available for several years which is disappointing as it is still showing as an option on the competition puzzle page???
The subscription is 13 magazines per year which to me is 1 every 28 days but they don't arrive with that regularity, it seems almost every 30 days?
Finally, can we have more killer sudoku instead of the 16 out of 120 puzzles?

“As my young grandson lives some distance from me I have used Unique Magazines to deliver his favourite kids magazines every two weeks. He loves it and awaits the delivery which has always been prompt and on time. I like that I am emailed when magazine is dispatched so that I can let grandson know of its imminent arrival.”

Hi, I am really sorry to hear this. At the moment, there are a few American publications which are not coming into the UK, or arriving in limited supply. This is unfortunately, out of our control and we are getting updates as often as possible as to when this will continue as expected. Issue dates are often pushed back, indicating due to current circumstances, they are not coming into the UK.
