I am continously frustrated with UPS. During the week my the driver that is regularly in my area is awesome!! But everytime I have a delivery on a Saturday or when he is off my package is never delivered to my door. I have to continously call and/or search for my packages. I am getting fed up and when I hear that a company uses them I wish they would switch to the postal service who always delivers my packages to my front door!!!

Every now and again, driver leaves package outside on ground at edge of my driveway...which places package off of my property. The only description I get as to where package is....on UPS tracking page, way down at bottom (where it says package location, , it simply describes location as "other" ". So, then I have to hunt around to find it. Yesterday...package got left at top of driveway....on VERY wet ground, all nite. Inside was bday gift ( a very nice hardback book) for my granddaugher. Of course, box is soaked, all way thru to book. Pagrs are wrinkled and back of book is damp. Tried to get some interest from UPS about this problem....when I called them morning...but..all I got was a lesson on "how UPS passes the buck". Not a big fan of UPS today.

Really poor service. They've let down me and Bose (the company I ordered headphones from). I live in a building of flats two floors up. Despite having access to the building, they chose not to knock on my door to obtain a signature and instead left a note to say I wasn't in. Every other delivery company has managed delivering things to me just fine except UPS. I won't use this company in the future.

Since the pandemic I’ve been shopping on line on an average of 2 days a week, and I found that my shipments have more holes in the boxes from UPS, than any other carriers.

Be careful do not order by UPS. Paid for priority. They do not deliver to address, they deliver to neighbour shop without advice to customer. If you are receiver and do not have tracking number you will not get it

Very disappointed by their code of conduct. They have, for the second time failed to collect my parcels and not bothered to apologise when I called them. The guy was pretty rude as well. On facebook the woman was like an idiot... she kept copying and pasting messages to me without reading what I was telling her.

In general I have an adequate experience with UPS: the delivery man is friendly, the packages arrive in fine condition and on time. I appreciate the access point that UPS has in my neighborhood for those packages that the receiver is not home to sign for. However, I am upset that a very important package that I payed extra money to have delivered overnight has not been delivered to me or to the access point for reasons I do not understand. For two days I have been sitting at home waiting for the package and receiving emails telling me they attempted to deliver it (no one has rung the doorbell or knocked, so I do not know what kind of an attempt they are making). I received an email yesterday saying that the package was at the access point, but when I arrived it was no longer there. According to the Brooklyn employee I spoke to, a mysterious person called and told them to send it out for delivery again, by which point (6:30 pm after waiting all day) I had left home. Today the same thing happened. Its been a waste of time and a waste of money, and a very stressful experience since I need this package immediately.

UPS can never make access to modern apartment buildings. They always try but literally, they always encounter a brick wall. No way to get in and no code to contact the tenant! So, instead of automatically dropping the parcel off at the closest to the address destination drop-off site, UPS takes it to their warehouse in another town and invite you to travel to their warehouse situated in wasteland that might as well be on the moon! Where's the savvy in that? Drop parcels off at the clients closest most convenient P/U site, unless customer states otherwise! Now, is that Rocket Science?
