“I was having a really hard time finding a ‘new’ iPhone for my mom that would work on her carrier (US Cellular). I found UpTrade in my searching, and was happy to see that they had so many phones, especially with very clear photos and descriptions of their condition. Although it took a little more than a day for my initial request for help to really get answered, the customer service after that was excellent. Corbin was able to go back and forth with me via email to help me find a phone that works on her carrier, and was in excellent condition. The phone arrived as promised, and in the promised delivery window, and it is working great! Thank you!!!”
