“Would recommend this place to everyone. I had a phone in mind and found exactly what I was looking for. I could not be any happier. I challenge anyone to find a better place to buy a refurbished phone. I will uptradeit in a couple years. Just like the saying never buy a brand new car it loses its value as you drive it off the lot.”

“My teen and his phone had a fight, and the phone won. This was super easy, and OMG so much cheaper than my carrier. Loved the video of his new phone being packed for shipment. He was excited, and I was happy that is a thing you guys do. Phone works perfectly and looks good. Only hiccup was on my carrier's end when we were getting it set up. 10/10 would do this again. When my current phone goes I'm coming back.”

“Ordered a phone 10 days ago, received an empty fedex envelope 7 days later and haven't been able to get a response from anyone at UpTrade. Called and email but No response. Filed a claim with Fedex who is answering my calls and email. Thank God for inspiring Ring inventors to catch my empty envelope delivery on camera. At this point, I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with a company that takes your currency but won't respond after that point.”

“Super happy with my purchase :) I got an iPhone XR and I love it! Everything is great and it is tracfone compatable! There is a few nit picky things like the top speaker grill is dirty but I don’t care. For 260$ it’s great, and the package came super quick in time for my trip. Definitely buy from here. (The switch to tracfone was really easy using a micro card). :) thank you team!”
