“The phone has glitchy spells… probably the reason why whoever traded it in. Also it was a bummer not to get a phone charger in the box. What’s up with that?”

Hey Robert, I tried reaching out to you to see what we could do for you but I never received a response. We would have been happy to exchange the product if it was not functioning 100%. Also, we make sure to clearly show that accessories are not included as most people already have the necessary accessories and it helps to keep the cost of the device down as low as possible. -Esteban

“The phone I got for my fiancé is not working right. It randomly powers all the way off at least 5 times a day and it won’t turn back on unless it’s plugged in. It has nothing to do with the battery life. It’s a HUGE inconvenience.”

“I ordered a phone from eBay, returned it because it wasn’t the phone I ordered. So being old and blonde I ordered the same phone from a different vender and got another phone I didn’t order. I decided to try uptrade and got the phone I wanted. I have a high grade sarcoma and I go into the hospital next week for surgery to try and save my life. Because of COVID I need a phone I can depend on to stay in touch with family to give me the strength to get thru this. If it wasn’t for uptrade I would not have a dependable phone. This company is awesome and does what they say they will do!! I am forever a grateful and a customer for life!!!”

“We’ll, we had a bit of a rough time getting the order accepted because the ‘customer’ was our foreign exchange student and somehow you canceled our first order due to confusion about her address here and her US visa picture ID. But, that’s understandable. We were very impressed that you followed through on your promise to give us expedited shipping for our 2d attempt at ordering her phone. Not your fault, but FEDEX actually delivered the phone on the Sunday following the Friday it was scheduled for. However, after setting up the phone we just discovered the camera lens on the back of the phone only works intermittently - mostly it doesn’t work I.e. nothing happens when you press the button looking at a blurred image. However, rarely but occasionally it does function correctly. So, unfortunately now I plan on taking it in for repair, at a local shop, since I’m sure you know, like us, how important the camera feature is to teenagers. Thanks for listening!”
