“So far, I’ve sold UpTrade two phones. Both times, they had sent me videos to show when they had opened the packages containing my phones. This clearly confirmed to me when they had received them. Then after thoroughly testing my phones, they had reimbursed me the amounts they had committed to paying me. They have also been efficient about everything they’ve done. I’ve been super pleased with their service.”

“This was seriously the easiest experience in the whole world. Everything is extremely user-friendly and they always have people to help if needed (I didn't need help bc of how easy the process was). I put my info in, printed the mailing label, packed up the phone, and by the end of the week my money was in my bank account. Awesomeness! 🤜”

“Never heard of Uptrade before. A market for used phones is great for those who don't need to pay for the latest shiny things! Shipping was lightning fast, and customer service good. My Oneplus 6T is working well. I have just one negative. The phone was listed as Pristine condition, which I don't think is accurate. It's good, the screen is quite good which is the most important thing. Everything works, although there was a lot of "gunk" in the openings and the alert slider, which didn't quite work right until I cleaned it out with a little electronics cleaner. Therr are some marks in the body that I couldn't exactly see in the pics online. So what, I put it in a protective case anyway. So it's in good, used condition and I got a fair deal. I just wouldn't call it Pristine. Thanks Uptrade!”

“UpTrade'd to an iPhone XS, pricing was reasonable, and phone arrived in MINT condition. (WoW!) Shipping was on point, fast and packaged with care. (Impressed!) UpTrade definitely saved me $$$ versus the Apple store or my cellular vendor. Phone worked on Day 1 no issues after logging on and transferring data from old iPhone. I would highly recommend this team. A+++++++”

“UpTrade employee NickolasLopez is great very helpful. I had a problem with phone I purchased. He was very helpful and Everytime I emailed him he was very promptly on emailing me back. They gave me a refund and I purchased another phone. I'm waiting on it now. I'm not t worried about this purchase or any other her purchase from them. Because I know if there is a problem it will be worked out and all will be great!! Thank you Mr. Lopez you are the reason I will shop with UpTrade again!!”
