My product was absolutely fine. However I paid for next day delivery but it didn’t turn up for two days which is past the allotted time, which has annoyed me for the cost I paid

I ordered a ted baker dress which was £95 from yourselves. I removed it from the packaging and the smell of the dress was awful, it smelt like sick. I e mailed yourselves go which I got no reply! I needed this dress to wear at a wedding but I’m upset and disappointed of the smell of this dress and that I never got a reply!

Told to order via the website and order was then cancelled as you do not ship here after being given the complete opposite information

Awful customer service, very rude. Won’t help at all. Won’t combine two orders after contacting them and explaining that forgot few thing with first order. Have to pay return postage fees as well. Won’t recommend at all

I received my trainers on friday i ordered a size 8 when i opened them the trainers were lovely but inside the size 8 addidas box was a pair of size 6 trainers i emailed usc straight away and still i have had no correspondance from yourselves, i dont have a printer so cannot print a returns slip and i waited all week for trainers to be delivered so why has noone made contact with me until now looking a review when i emailed explaining what had happened 😡

Terrible service, got given the incorrect item and have contacted you but have yet to get a response. Unbelievably shocking service, definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Clothes did turn up after emailing USC I had a generic email back saying they would contact me,that didn't happen!!!!! clothes finally turned up one had been opened before and all screwed up so I contacted USC again. Funnily enough I'm still waiting for a reply. I personally would think twice about ordering from USC again customer service is nonexistent.

Terrible service. Item unavailable in store so ordered online. No free delivery to store option so had to pay £5+. Saw another pair of trainers so thought I may as well order them as I was paying delivery anyway. Confirmation of order received then another to say original item not in stock. No option to cancel whole order so paid £7 delivery for 2nd pair of trainers I didn’t really need delivered! Unable to contact customer services online. If items not available then it should state at time of ordering !

If you change your mind you have to loose at least %30 your purchase for delivery and return which I find it unfair.

Did not receive my item! Parcel was rescheduled 4 times then I went to collect it from one of thecollection points to be told the parcel had not even been released from usc and had been sent back! I called customer service as they said to order another one and I will get a refund. But went to order another one and it was out of stock!

Your website should be dynamic enough to not sell items that are out of stock. Upon identification of this, you should also refund immediately by way of a same day payment. Just stinks of a Mike Ashley company.

shocking, sent my orders back to be exchanged, i then got told one item was out of stock however it is still listen online saying it isnt, i wanited over a moth for a refund/exchange on another item however nothing happened. i have tried to reset my password on multipul times however i never recieve the email to be able to change my email address. so disappointed shocking service, just want my money back at this point.

ONE shoe came a different colour to the other. One shoe was in the box and the other was floating around the bag. Box was ripped to pieces. Have returned item and will be taking my custom else where.
