“I had placed a order had jeans delivered when i opened the parcel 1 of thejeans had a tear and stains on it other pair of jeans had a hole in the jeans. Phoned customer services did not help wat so ever. Very disappointed...”

“I will never use usc again I paid £51 for £46 shoes and £5 delivery - ok not griping so far - then I want to return the shoes and I must pay £11 to deliver to usc so £16 to try on some shoes !! No one else is trying this dodgy con trick so usc should be avoided at all costs !!”

“Sent me the wrong item. Then told me they would send me a replacement item within 24 hours as it was a holiday item, and then said they had not said that. Would not shop with USC again.”

“My package come had an item missing plus a belt from a jacket open an enquiry got a reply then not heard anything for the past 3 day n am -£22 down for a tshirt and a leather jacket i cant wear as it look daft without the belt”

“They cancelled my order but took the money. They then have been claiming for over 2 weeks they never took the money from my account, however they have done and they keep lying about it!! . They delete any negative comments on social media, don’t reply on Facebook messager or email. They said that they only put the money as pending - yet they fully took the money from my account!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have now put a claim in with my bank to dispute the payment! I am disgusted with this bad customer service!”

“I absolutely cannot believe the cheek of the company USC... The cistomer service is absolutely atroshious. So much so that i have had to contact the consumers ombudsman and report them. I still have not recieved my clothes for college nor have i recieved a refund they offered me a week ago.... Its an absolute joke; and on top of all this you have the cheek to send me promotional emails??? Scammer!! USC are thiefs and scammers that selectively scam the whole of britain and we will bring them down”

“Calvin Klein T shirt v poor quality. Label on shirt says Calvin Klein swimwear. Firetrap shorts labelled small fit my husband who has 36 inch waist & takes large/x large. My son ordered these & didn't realise the return postage had to be paid. Salutory lesson. Will not use USC site again. Absolute rip off.”

“Terrible service. Ordered a kids jacket at £65 and boxers shorts at £12. This cost £5 delivery. The jacket was then cancelled because they did not have in stock. So no other option given to replace jacket. So £12 boxer shorts cost me £5 delivery!!! Never again will I use USC again.”

“awful experience so far! I ordered a number of items 9 days ago - still nothing has arrived - Cannot speak to anyone at Hermes (the courier) and trying to speak to someone at USC is almost impossible - I have emailed twice (no response) - eventually spoke to someone yesterday at USC who couldn't have sounded more disinterested - Still no parcel - no contact from anyone - I am supposed to just say nothing and lose money - items were for my son's birthday which is long gone!”
