“Coat for my partner turned up which we needed for an evening out! Only turned up with the security tag on!? So I had to waste my time taking to a completely unrelated store to see if they could take the tag off! Rubbish service.”

“My experience with usc was not good . I received the wrong size Calvin Klein t shirt . The t shift labelled 12-13 and the tag was labeled 13-14. So obviously the size was not good . And it was careless mistake because the T-shirt size was not checked properly before being shipped. Having said that I also sent numerous emails for return and 4 days have passed and still not rely . Unprofessional customer care”

“On my 3rd order now hopefully 3rd time lucky order been cancelled due to being out of stock and I have to wait till money bounce back to my account spent 30 mins getting through to customers services! As now my discount code ran out told me place new order email them and will refund me a discount!! So did and they not got a clue what I’m on about even though notes were put on my account”

“Customer service is one of the worst ever experienced. Last thing they did they canceled me half of my order (actually the main items that were reason to place order in first place) and still charged full amount of delivery ignoring all my request to amend the order, make extra delivery etc.”

“Ordered some converse for my little girls birthday. Went to store to pick them up, got them home and inside was a pair of children’s walking boots. Then had the hassle of driving back to store only to be told they don’t do refunds just credit notes. Nothing but a hassle. Had to accept the credit note and order some more as soon as I arrived home. Had to pay extra delivery as I needed them for her birthday. Not a happy customer and will not be ordering again. Not even so much as a sorry from the store.”

“First of all postage should be free when making a purchase of £100! Second if you don’t have the products, don’t advertise them then sell customers something similar. Used to love this shop, it’s gone majorly downhill. Won’t be shopping here again”

“Please do not use hermes couriers they were useless. I have only just received my parcel today 7 days later as the courier company told me they had tried to deliver my parcel when I was in then 2 days later said it had been delivered in a safe place when I was in and it hadn't and they said it had been scanned so they investigated and without any apology it finally got delivered 2 days later. What a farce! The trainers are a present but I'm sure my son in law will be pleased with them.”
