Email received that my order has been collected by courier but its not yet been delivered, this is 6 days later. Hermes are a shocking delivery service and you let yourself down by choosing them

Still not received my items been over a week! This has been the worse service I have had online. The jeans were a birthday present & that makes it more upsetting. Shall not use USC again!!

USC are great. Never had a issue with usc But please please please stop using Hermes as your courier they are truly awful. That’s why I gave you 1 star I’m afraid.

I can’t believe you staff could changes the size tag of a jumper because they ran out of that size. I brought a jumper size small, when it was delivered, it had been taking out of the original plastic bag, the other 2 jumpers where still in there plastic bag, then I realised it was way too big to be small, check the attached label said small but the actual label on the jumper from Tommy Hilfiger said it was a large.

Awful payed for my purchase of two items had to pay a fiver just to have it delivered to a store only to find out when collecting my order that the main thing I wanted which was Calvin klien Chantel sliders wasn’t available and they hadn’t notified me that it wasnt coming so now iv got a hat I never even wanted that I ordered topping the delivery up hoping that I wouldn’t get charged,it says they have them in stock but they clearly don’t! Would not recommend rip off and rubbish cummunication

Shocking. 0/10. My t shirt came with stains on it, and I have still not had a reply from the customer service team (it has been 5 days...).

Disaster! Firstly you charge 4.99 for delivery to store everywhere else is free and the 5 quid voucher means you've got to buy something else. Then we get to collection. Enter store ask security man where I go to collect a parcel. To the til. Queue for 20 minutes one checkout on with a very helpful buy stressed young girl. No other staff on the downstairs floor. Sorry not here you need to go upstairs where I found all your staff one of whom was sat on the floor chatting to a mate. It turned out she was the manager. Despite several staff milling about doing not much one girl on the tils dealing with another customer. So I wait.......and wait. Eventually get served with said parcel and try to purchase a football using the voucher. Girl didn't know what to do another member of staff was summonsed who had to get a manager. Cue the woman off the floor who j might add was surly rude and unhelpful. One problem sorted. Price to pay 10.04 gave girl 20.04 totally stumped he and she put it through wrong. Cue the surly woman again. Not once did anyone say sorry for the delay off the inconvenience of spending 40 minutes to collect a parcel and buy a football. So sports direct/USC my opinion is you're rubbish and I will never buy anything from you again!!!!

Colour difference on the website to the actual product was very different. Was very disappointed with the product but did not have time to return it. I emailed customer services but received no reply, although the automated reply said someone will be in touch up to 3 business days. Would not recommend USC.
