“Shocking service, placed an order over a week ago still hasn't left the retailer. Customer service no help as all they do is claim they will call back. Joke.”

“Terrible, as soon as the item I had was purchased I immediately sent another email to ask whether it could be cancelled as someone used my card. I did not get a reply back until 4 day later where apparently it had been sent. I am still waiting for it to be delivered and it has been 9 days.”

“I have never had an online transaction with USC go well. On this occasion the request for review has arrived before the order. One item I ordered is out of stock now so when you finally decide my order is lost (it was obvious from day two) I won’t even be able to re order unless I pay double from JD sports. You charge for £5 for delivery - get with the programme. And shopping in store is always dampened by every single staff member passive aggressively reminding me that you are the only shop in the complex where refunds aren’t given just for changing your mind.”
