Shoes were fake and dirty, box damaged, extremely displeased!!! Will not be ordering from here ever again!!!!

Disappointed I received an item with a fault and had to return it. No free returns system so I had to pay £8.40 to return the item which means I’m out of pocket because of usc

Wrong item came in correct box and as they had sold out of the size I wanted it cost me £8 postage for a item I didn’t even receive

Done an online order on the 1st August the money came out my account on the 6th August but haven’t received my parcel. I keep asking where my order is on the contact form but nothing from them.

I think shopping online is an experience in its self. I usually fit into 8/10 so my order was size 10 but unfortunately ended up being too big so needed to get a different size. But having to pay for postage and packaging everytime it becomes a lot. Plus not having a contact number makes it a lot difficult to contact as emails takes a while for a response.

Very disappointed view the service that was provided and it took me a week to receive my parcels even though I am paying for it. And i don’t think I will be using this service anymore in the future. And how come a big company like USC don’t have a contact number where customers can enquiries for anything? Very baffled...

Very poor. Ordered a number of products which arrived as expected. Security tag was left on my jeans which I had paid next day delivery to receive in time for an event. Raised this via their customer service enquiries and have revived nothing bar an automated response saying they would respond within 3 days. 7 days later and still no response.

Absolutely scandalous,shopped online plenty of times never had problem but since the customer service ive received on my last order i will never shop again while mandm.direct better option! Paid full price only received one in the pack and took 6 days to resolve it calls after calls to customer service where got blamed for not explained clearer

The product looked nothing like in the advertisement and having purchased a medium and large neither size fitted anything remotely like it needed to, in short a waste of time and money.

Buy from usc and sports direct a lot. Last order I paid for next day delivery as I needed the shoes ASAP. They arrived 5 days later. I contacted usc to ask where they were before they arrived to just be told they would arrive in a few days. Not good customer service.

I received the wrong item. The item was also very bad quality as one of the shoes was discoloured, so even if they were the correct ones I still couldn’t keep them. I have emailed the customer service team twice and I have had no reply. Quite upset with the service.

Absolutely shocking. The item received was nothing even close to the picture on app. Sent the photos by email and have now had the inconvenience of having to return the item that cost me even more money! Not happy at all.

Having ordered a burgundy/white Vans in a size 4, I received a black/white pair in size 3.5. I emailed on Saturday am and was asked to send pictures which I did. Wednesday morning I got a response offering me a 50% discount on the pair received! If I wanted a black/white pair in size 3.5, I would have ordered them. I was sent a returns label. My problem now is I have to re-order them, I will not receive my 20% discount for my first order via the app and I have to pay the delivery charge again, which now needs to be next day so they are here in time for my nieces birthday. I have explained this via email to your customer services but have not received a response .

Received a damaged Levi’s t shirt (the printing of Levi’s on the tshirt makes the t shirt look like a cheap fake) So to receive my £80 delivery I had to pay £4.99 for delivery whether that was to store or Home so I had it delivered home. If I wanted to change the Tshirt for a non damaged one I would have had to pay postage again as there was no postage label given for any returns so all in all I would be paying £10 postage and that too for a fault that’s not mine. So now I’m stuck with a Tshirt I got for a gift for someone and would rather spend the extra £5 postage it would have cost me on something else.
