Shocking won’t be ordering from here again no contact number to ring store ordered the Tuesday for next day delivery for Wednesday didn’t get my order till Thursday and was still charged £7 for next day delivery shocking service

I purchase quite often from USC but this order was really poor, 1 of the shirts was dirty and the stitching in a pair of the shorts was loose also. One of the T shirts had a hole under the arm also. I'll be thinking again before I buy again. Really poor show.

I ordered from usc for next day delivery I paid for it they delivered two days later and didn't refund the money for next day delivery

absolutly shocking service still waiting on my order. i have emailed and got no reply. if i dont hear back in 24 hours i am going to citizens advice & will contact my lawyer. you have my money and i have no order

Items did not arrive with order even though shown on delivery note. Phoned customer service who told me to email. Took three days for a response. Returns have to be made at own cost.

Everytime I order Converse infant trainers I recive th wrong number.On the site C8 is 25.5 and on the box too but on the trainers is 24.It is the same with adult trainers I order 40 but I recive 39 on trainers and on the box says 40.Dont know where is the problem

Terrible customer service skills. I installed and used the app. To qualify for a 20% discount in red then when it went through it charged the full amount. Customer service is non existent. Caroline was who I used and kept the standard emails to put on social media. Would not use again and wouldn't recommend to anyone Even when I asked for a managers email I still didn't receive it. Only gave a 1 because 0 wasn't an option

Contacted customer service twice (2x), got 0 replies. Also the product description should give more info, especially for pants. You order pants and think they are regular and recieve extra slim fit.

Ordered goods prior to the cut of for delivery, paid extra for next day. Turns up two days later. Contacts customer service to get an automated response advising me to check my tracking...... not helpful at all!

im wery sad buying from you.its second time for me and some sizes not fit.one good point is that i can refund it,but it cost a lot to post it from europe.i payed for international postage £12.but now i will need to pay about €30 for refund.so its no point to buy clothes with sale,cause now i only loose my money.

Item arrived after 3 attempt as they never tried neighbours and when arrived 3 items where missing! Messaged them via the form as there is no contact number and still awaiting a reply many days after! Waste of time will be getting in touch with credit card company regarding missing items

Half of stuff was to be returned and wouldn’t accept after driving to shop with arrogant staff in store. Wouldn’t be ordering here again in a hurry.

I had the order APPUSC40000048819626 where I had more products but 2 items you said that 2 are not in stock although I checked immediately and were in stock. the delivery was in Romania and I paid 13.33£. I did not order if I knew the products were not in stock. Finaly, the order was finally 66.93 £ and the difference did not get it. I will no longer order from USC.

Awful sent wrong products . Took 5 days to send and then received blue flip flops not white and no response back to my customer service email. I travel in 3 days!!!

Rip off and rubbish customer service when things go wrong. Order with caution online I spent £259 online and not received my order and no one responding to my emails disgusting I've spent that amount of money and no one doing nothing to either find the parcel or refund me back

The Lacoste Medway Blue Polo Shirt I purchased has a small hole just below the collar at the back. It also did not come in any of the original Lacoste packaging, unlike the other two Lacoste items I purchased. I also, via your website, contacted you in regard to this matter but have had no response. Hence I am returning the shirt and asking for a full refund. I will not be recommending USC to anyone else.
