“Ordered a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes and paid £7:99 for next day delivery.... the shoes ended up being cancelled from my order which I placed on a Wednesday evening, the jeans were finally delivered on Saturday!! But I was still charged for next day!!! I emailed several time with complaints with no response!!! What a joke!!! From a very unhappy customer. Paul simpson”

“I received the white vans I order last week and they are a total disgrace, they are different shades of white and 1 looks like it has been worn. I am now having to find the time to return this disgrace of an item and hopefully get a full refund. I will never shop on usc online again.”

“Firstly the prices for delivery are shocking, but regardless I ordered some clothes, the clothes were all soul cal and I ordered all the same size yet some fit and others didn't. I had to send half my order back and was stunned when I had to pay for my own delivery, this is disgusting and you're the only company I know who do that. From there I had the mpst traumatic time and worst possible customer service I could possibly get. I received 6 emails! 3 said I was getting the items exchanged and 3 saying I wasn't. I contacted your customer service team via facebook (I wasn't going to be charged by yourselves again by using telephone). I was then spoken to like rubbish and hot told "It's been refunded" then never got a reply to the message after that. So the next day I contacted again as my bank showed I was only refunded for 2 items not the 3 I returned. Once again I got told "You've been refunded". No help or apologies. I wont be using the service again.”

“Stuff arrived on time. Fair play Clothing in torn bags inside package. Dont look good Cannot take returns back to shop for collection, although you can pay a £5 to pick them up there!!! Taking the piss Typical mike ashley!! Money grabber”

“Waited 2 months for my parcel to be delievered and i was told i would receive my items on different dates. This items i had ordered were for a birthday present, which the person really wanted so i didn't want to cancel my purchase. The present ended up being a month late, which the person was upset about recieving a late present and safe to say i was and still am not happy with this service, haven't been offered anything for this inconvenience”

“Second time ordering shoes online from USC. Last time I got sent 2 different shoes! That was a year or two ago... This time I got the same shoes but 2 different sizes!! I have received awful customer service and the returns policy is nonsense, under consumer regulations you should not have to pay to return an item that is faulty! Absolute joke of a company who clearly don't give a s**t about their customers”

“What a waste of time this lot are, take your order and your money, then cancel the order because the item isn't in stock, they don't text or email, just put it on the app that the order is cancelled, would never deal with them again They only got a 1 star because its the least you can place”

“Where to start....I bought 2 pairs of the same trainers by mistake. You don't allow online cancellations, you don't allow in store returns for a refund, you charge for click and collect even though you must be delivering goods to your own stores from the same depot anyway. An all round sh1t service. Lucky for you the trainers were good value.”

“If I could rate lower than a one I would. I have still not received my parcel as it was delivered to a different address to mine. The parcel was signed for but the occupants are saying they were both at work and therefore did not sign for it. Hermes are not claiming responsibility and have washed their hands on it and I have not had a response from Sports Direct who I have been informed are liable. My postcode is CF481AD and the parcel was delivered to CF481AE. I will never order from USC again. I am out of pocket by almost £70 and seriously thinking of going to the press.”
