Awful Received emails confirming order, dispatch & then cancellation. Absolutely rubbish We've had tradesmen & family at the delivery address all day for the last 10 days so no excuses

You sizing on bikinis aren’t great bought age 12-14 for my 11 year old daughter & it’s far too small so went to send it back & I’ve got to pay which means all together I would of spend £10 on p&p so decided to try & sell privately so am currently stuck with a bikini that’s too small

Very disappointed! I’ve paid for my parcel but it has gone missing and not received still, despite the courier apparently leaving the parcel in a “secure location”. I’m now having to wait for the couriers to conduct an investigation into where the parcel has gone, which will take another 72 hours. In the meantime, the parcel was a present for a family member which has been and gone, so I had to buy another present instead. All I’m doing now is waiting for the parcel to either be located or deemed lost, and then I’ll be able to apply for a refund. It’s testing my patience and I’m very disappointed with the delivery service.

If I could do a zero I would. Usc stated parcel with courier, when I. Actual fact they have not given the courier the parcel. Waited 8 days and heard nothing. You would be better off sending your money to a online scam, you would get the same results..... Nothing, actually you might save some money as you won't have to call their 0845 and be on hold for 45 minutes. Never again

Rubbish I placed an order a week ago, never received a confirmation or delivery email and still haven't received the item. Had no response to my query into this either.

Ridiculous!!! I ordered white size 8.5 converse and the order couldn’t be fulfilled because of being out of stock.... even though you have been able to add them to bag since my order being rejected!!!! (Even now) I contacted customer services who I found very unhelpful and had to ask same questions over to be answered.

The delivery options are atrocious - charging £4.99 for an item to be delivered in store and then waiting 5 days for the item to arrive is not great at all. Add to that the fact that the shirt which arrived is filthy and looks like it's been dragged along a dusty floor. I will be returning the item and will not be using the store again.

Horrible customer service. It took them 6 months to reimburse me on a missing item. I am actually filling a formal complain against USC. 1) I have sent 2 items to be returned, and apparently they could not been delivered. I informed USC by email but they didn't tell me nothing. 2) On July 18th I told USC over email that I was going to check what had happened and on July 19th I told them I was going to return the parcel back to them. They didn't say anything (and they were aware I was going to send the parcel to them). 3) About two weeks go by and, after I SEND USC AN EMAIL (because they usually go silent for months...) they told me they don't want to receive the items because it is too late and they will send them back to me. Sending this parcel was very expensive and USC knew it. Still, they allowed me to send it, pay a lot of money to send it, just to tell send it back to me and tell me it was too late? 4) Plus, one of the reasons why the parcel was not taken care of before was (also) due to USC's tardy reply. On January 5th I told USC what happened (some boxes were damaged, etc) and I also told USC that one item was missing from the parcel. You ignored that email for months. 5) Speaking of the non-reimbursed item, it took USC months (and more than one email) for them to reimburse me. So USC, in practice, told me that I have 28 days to return an item (which could not be delivered) but you have 6 months to reimburse me of missing items... USC's customer service is ludicrous. That is my opinion based on my experience.

I have to say that I am really disappointed with the level of service I have received from USC. I ordered my goods using your next day delivery service which I paid extra for on 26th July and received them on 31st July. I wanted the goods for my holiday which I was not able to do as we departed on 27th July. I have sent numerous emails to your company and not received any replies. I think it's outrageous to have paid for next day delivery, not receive the goods by then and then to be totally ignored by you. I would put I await your response but no doubt this review will be ignored like my emails.

I ordered some vans for my daughters birthday, I received the wrong size item & I am still waiting for a resolution on this. I feel the time that it takes to deal with a complaint is far to long for the Customer & because of this I will not have the item for my daughter for her birthday.

I was very disappointed with my order. It was a birthday present and one out of two items ordered were damaged so I therefore could not give the gift as planned. I find it appalling that with that I had to then pay for a second time a postage fee that was for something that should not have been posted initially. It’s fare to say that I am a very dissatisfied customer!
