Id give use 0 stars but sadly that isnt an option.. was sold a faulty tshirt and when i returned it was in you're barking shop for over an hour only to leave with a credit note when i oaid with my own cash.. wont ever be returning!

Didn’t have what I wanted in stock, very unhelpful staff, told me my option was to order online so paid an extra £6.99 for delivery. Shocking customer service

I haven't received my parcel yet Hermes left me a note outside on my doorstep saying it was in the bin but I checked and it wasn't im really not happy won't be ordering from you again as I've sent 2 emails and havnt heard anything back

8 days after I placed a NEXT DAY delivery order. I am STILL waiting for it to be delivered. Disgusting, and no apologies or compensation has been offered.

I was disappointed to open the parcel and found that two of the t-shirts I ordered were missing but included in the list enclosed. Informing customer service is not an easy task because the person in the other end of the line did not sound helpful, was not sympathetic nor forthcoming. The first question asked was if I have taken pictures of the parcel. I understand this is procedure but the way the interaction started is insinuating blame to the courier. I stated the details of the order and what was missing and informed that the parcel arrived intact. I have thrown away the parcel packaging to the garbage. The next instruction was if I can retrieve the packaging from the garbage without regard for health and safety. Does your customer service expect customers to rammage through garbage to look for packaging? This is the first time I was asked this. I have been shopping online from high end shops of premium brands and if something went missing I simply call customer service and inform about the mistake. Most customer service apologises and make up for it by either sending the item or providing a refund. Your customer service is the first not to apologise for the mistake with an insinuation that the items were packed and included in the parcel. Do your customers try to cheat you by asking for cheap 2x £10 tshirts to be sent because these are claimed missing? Or are you so poor and in need of extra cash that you would cheat your customers by inserting the invoice containing all the orders but purposely miss some hoping that no one will complain? I am interested to know. I would rather you ask for donations from the wealthy people if you are struggling to keep your business than cheat your customers. I am still waiting for a reply. It is not enough to call customer service and using the conversation as record of complaint, it has to be in writing. What is the point of the prompt that says conversations will be recorded? Nevertheless, I wrote as per your instruction. I want to see how you will deal with this. Rest assured that a publicity of how you handle complaints of missing items will be brought to light. I am infuriated, disappointed and insulted by the way this has been handled so far. The products themselves appear better in pictures but not as good a quality as expected. No care has been taken before the items were shoved inside the packaging. I regret buying them but can’t be bothered to return them. Furthermore, I am still waiting what’s to become of the missing tshirts. As of this moment, my evaluation of your service is POOREST! Not just POOR. I have not encountered this much procedure since internet shopping has started. Nor a kind of condescending response. I wish your customer service is more forthcoming. No one is going to call you to say items are missing if they are not. I can throw away £20 without hesitation but I cannot allow some merchandiser to cheat me. I hope you can admit that it was just an unintentional mistake on your part. IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! QUICK RESOLUTION TO MISSING ITEMS ISSUE IS REQUIRED! AND OH BY THE WAY, I PAID FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING. IT IS NOT FREE LIKE THE REST OF THE MERCHANDISERS. I WILL THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE I WILL CONSIDER SHOPPING WITH YOU AGAIN IF EVER I WILL BE TEMPTED. I WILL ALSO INFORM THE REST OF MY FRIENDS IN FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, WHAT’S UP, etc. THEY NEED TO BE WARNED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No method or instructions for returning items .no return paperwork or instructions Shoe is extremely undersized Not returned yet because of this Please advise

Ordered two items a shirt and some boxers paid for next day because needed shirt got email next day saying shirt out of stock still charged me next day delivery for boxers also charged £25 for boxers had a price tag of £18 on the box They still have not replied to my email won't order again service stinks.

I am returning the goods from the above order (invoice number 76072127) in next day or so. I want to state that I feel quite annoyed at the fact I have to pay to return the goods in light of the condition they were recieved in today (26/7/2018). The T shirt looks like it has been worn (collar buttons open and no wrapping) was stuffed in the outer bag and has a huge hole in sleeve which the packer must have noticed. To a lesser extent the trainers look off white as opposed to advertised white and the box they were in looked as if it has been through a crushed (I accept this could be a carrier's fault) however I still think it is important to bring to your attention. Ordered 6 items, charged for 6 items only 5 came, still waiting to here back from customer services as no one ever answers the phone, i may be waiting a while

Hopeless customer service. Out of stock with part of my order. I e mailed customer service to see if I could cancel rest of order. Still waiting for a reply!! Other item arrived and had to be returned. No return service available . Postage at cost to customer . Beware sizing .....most of it looks like it’s been measured off children!
