I ordered two tops both which stated in stock went to checkout and payment was taken. I then got an email a day or two later to say one top was not in stock and i woukdn't be recieving it! No refund can be seen on my banking?

Disgusting service paid next day delivery on 22nd an still have not received my parcel, can’t even get in contact with them as I’ve been on hold for 25mins, plus one of the items was out of stock but they still took the money for it !!! Rubbish service.

Terrible service, would never use this company again, received items that were filthy and damaged and don’t how anyone could find them acceptable to send out

STILL waiting for an order to be delivered to local store since over a week .... Wouldn't happen with most other stores where you would get next day delivery.

Shocking I ordered some clothes via my personal usc account, it was sent to sports direct with the order being in my sons name even though it was ordered through my account he bought them for my birthday via his PayPal account he’s in the military and away from home so I don’t have any of his if . The order number on my account is exactly the same as the one they have they sent it through my email account and I can’t get it , it’s a joke as my son doesn’t have an account and the clothes were a present so he paid via PayPal which is another payment usc excepted no we’re did it say he couldn’t use it to pay for some items for his father. Phoned customer services on a premium phone number and basically and rudly told they couldn’t do anything it’s my account in my name so how has it been sent I jacks name when he doesn’t have an account it’s a joke I’m going to send back and put what happened on my social media Facebook 700 friends and what’s app 200 contacts to warn them shopping on line should be easier but it’s a lot worse than going in shop it’s not a crime to buy somebody else some items with his PayPal well I’ve never heard that you can’t I’m going trading standards and distance selling site and plaster my experience to any one who’ll listen including people walking in your sports direct shop because my son payed for the items for me he has no account with usc and the invoice went in his name which is understandable but mystery how he has taken over my account pose lt mr one asap

I really like this shop especially online shopping but giving 5 pounds voucher to use in sport direct is just joke . Make postage free and you will see how yours shop start to be busy .

Ordered jeans to be sent to local store over a week ago, which I thought would have been a quicker process than sending to my house. I have still received my jeans, so funny I get a review email before any confirmation of delivery email which is what I’m really looking for. Rotten service and most likely due to USC now being owned by sports direct

So disappointed that I have had to wait 2 weeks to have my order delivered to store . Placed early hrs 12 th July . Funds dr my bank account that day and been told by store twice and also spoke to cm service that my deliver won’t be in store until 25th July earliest . Absolutely shocking if I had known it would take so long I would’ve just went to shop to buy . Even speaking to cm service I was left feeling disappointed.

I Ordered a pair of shoes on the 15th of July online as I work unsociable hours monday to Friday the delivery stated it would come into store on Saturday the 21st which I could do I paid £4.99 for delivery and it is now Monday the 23rd of July I have still not received my shoes and I am back at work and go on holiday on Saturday my shift pattern means that I start work before your store opens and finish after it closes now I have no shoes delivered and no way of getting into store to collect them before my holiday I also phoned your East Kilbride store where they should be delivered and the staff was absolutely no help to me at all except from saying the should he delivered on Wednesday which is no use to me so now my shoes will take just under 2 weeks to be delivered which in my opinion is a absolute disgrace

Rubbish, don't bother ordering feom this company. Shoes received inside box were not the same size that was shown on the outside the box. I sent them back for exchange after much email correspondence with the company and this morning I have received exactly the same incorrect pair of shoes back!

Ordered online for the first time and won’t make that mistake again . Delivered the wrong T shirt and to get a refund or replacement you have to pay again to send back . Very poor ..

I would have given a zero if it had been an option 😡 I paid extra for a shop collection and Dpd failed to deliver my daughters sliders for our holiday. I ordered them 7 days before our holiday to ensure we got them and Usc could not even tell me why Dpd failed to deliver them and returned them. I spent 5 days emailing chasing my order that I had been told would be delivered mid day the following day. I had to drive 50 miles to buy the product from another store. Absolutely disgusting I will never order online from USC again 😡

I think you so wrong when you order an item for delivery and when it comes in still got all the security tags still on the item so I phoned up to complain because I had to go to Stockport and have them removed and all I got back was the delivery charge I think he is so wrong to not take into account petrol money and time very poor

Had a parcel to my local stare and was served by the manager who was the most apathetic shop worker I have come across in a very long time. He didn’t want to serve me, didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag and then just stuck a bag on my parcel and moved on to the next person. It doesn’t inspire me to be a returning customer.
