Once an order is placed it's literally impossible to cancel. Send email as per comany cancellation procedure but can take up to 3 working days for a response by which time the parcel could arrive. No phone option given. With a little research got hold of phone number and rang to cancel before item was despatched and kess than a day from order and informed impossible to cancel. Informed to reject the parcel but cheap courier used who left parcel in the bin when no one answered the door instead of taking parcel back. myhermes and yodel are known for doing this as apposed to other reputable parcel companies. Until USC change their couriers and have a proper cancellations procedure probably won't use again.

I placed my order through the app but upon placing my order, I realised that the sizes for the jeans that I’ve ordered where all wrong... straight away, I followed the cancellation process provided on the app and asked for my order to be cancelled, literally 30mins after I placed the order in the first place. However, to my dismay, instead of my order being cancelled, it got deleivered to my house two days later... Now I have paid £6 plus for the delivery and I will now have to pay another £6 plus to have it sent back as you do not provide a prepay return slip.. All in all, I will be losing £12 plus for an order that I don’t end up having... I called your customer service to express my dissatisfaction and I was offered no resolution whatsoever, all I got is that’s how you guys do things... Definitely the last time am ordering anything from you guys... absolutely the worst customer services that I have ever received and i work in customer service myself, so I know how things should go..

Paid next day delivery needed them for mid week sent the wrong size don’t have a store near me or a printer to print of the return slip a joke

My internet order cost me for delivery which was fine but then I had to return a few pieces back and to my horror I had to pay for postage back. Unfortunately there is a store close by so return to store was not an option. So in total the postage cost me more than the actual items I had ordered so that’s why I won’t be ordering again anytime soon

Can’t choose the delivery service, no option for next day delivery, no option to collect in store, Hermes parcel service is terrible.

Website took my payment 5 times and when I tried to contact them, there was no phone number and emails were not responded to promptly (over 90 hours even though it was marked urgent). I asked for a telephone number to speak to someone and this request was not even acknowledged in the response.

I was sent completely the wrong item, didn't get a prompt response to my email and when I did call was told the item wasn't in stock. Wont be ordering from usc again.

I still haven't received my order. I've also emailed CS twice and also not received a response, this is totally unacceptable. My order though not huge was still substantial >£100 and I have not received any response from CS or the courier. This was my first time using USC & I will never order from this company again. Disappointed.

I ordered 3 t shirts and paid for next day delivery(£6.99),as my son wanted them for our holiday, which was 2 days later. Unfortunately, they did not turn up in time for the holiday and we also received a message to say that 2 were out of stock, so why were we allowed to order them in the first place? Paid for next day delivery and didn't get that service , which I would not have paid for on only 1 item. Not happy with the service at all.

Placed and paid for order online then received an email next day saying one item out of stock not asking for an alternative choice so now got to pay postage again if I reorder an alternative item , if you can go to the trouble of emailing customers why can’t you ask if they would like an alternative item before sending out the one item, very poor customer service!!

Charged wrong price against advertised by £4. Raised with customer services, what a joke they are. If the helpful person that’s dealing with me worked in my team they would be dismissed. No explanation or help so now I’m raising with trading standards and other media groups

When i received my parcel my earinging were missing from the box after contacting usc through email i am still yet to receive an explanation to why my earings are missing

Ordered items for my Holiday paid £6.99 for next day delivery which I happily received, however this is the only good thing I can say about this - one item not as product description so returned, one item faulty no press stud to fasten jeans, then overcharged for two vest tops by £1.25 per item as when received clearly had labels stating Mega Value Sale £2.00 each - but charged £3.25 per item - small amount but out of principle returned - as per your site nothing regarding free return for faulty or overcharged items - as per your site requested return recorded - cost me an additional £11 to do so - have normally no issues with USC always thought good value and service - however not on this occasion - very disappointed

I have received a pair of trainers the front of one where it’s supposed to be white is yellow, it looks like it has been out on display, now I have to pay to return them
