Ordered Vans skate shoes and was sent Nike trainers. How wrong can you get it. Took an hour to find the customer service number as they hide it to the best of their ability. Very disappointed and caused many hours of my time to sort out. Asked for their complaints procedure and to be recorded as a complaint but nothing was done. Appalling. USC are actually Sports Direct. I would never have ordered from them if I knew that. Amazon next time for me.

I ordered te-shirts that should have arrived on Saturday but Hermes their courier couldn’t be bothered to find my address an dtherefore waites to Sunday even though I had waited in for four hours. The five te-shirts that I ordered, some wrapped others chucked in we’re a disaster. One of them has pen on the front and the others remain scrunched up without a care in the world. Tried to call usc but no number just an email address address. I have therefore decided never to buy from them again. Shocking service

8 days proccesing time for an order then delivery time added on to that so nearly 2 weeks to receive parcel

The exchanged talk really long time Over a week and then the jeans came with security tags attached to them which as a client I don’t know how to take them off without rain those trousers I don’t know really what to do to send them back or maybe you could come up with something both let me know thanks

Customer service is horrendous. Wouldn't recommend shopping here at all. Delivery didn't arrive in time even when spending extra for delivery. Worst shopping experience.

I returned an item with recorded delivery for an exchange in size and have not heard anything back. I have sent an email to customer service and still nothing.

Ordered size 10UK and 11UK, received 10US and 11US. Had to return both because of it. Had to cover return cost as same one put wrong sizes on the website.

I was very disappointed with the the state my purchases were delivered. I ordered 6 items, 4 of which had been ripped out of their individual bags. One of the coats had several dirty marks on it and scuffed toggles but was also missing the patterned hood lining. One of the other coats had a sweet wrapper in the pocket. Overall a very poor service.

Everything about my service was awful. I ordered an item as a birthday present and ordered it a week and a bit in advance. As it states ‘4-5 working days’ to wait. By the fourth day, I hadn’t even received any confirmation emails regarding my package. I then had to email them to query the whereabouts of my package as the money had come out of my account, and two days later I had a response with no apology that my package hadn’t been sent out! I then received a generic email telling me my order had been cancelled! Which I responded to with great anger to question why and request a refund - which, in fairness, I did receive quite quickly. I then gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the same item and paid for next day delivery, that was dispatched 3 days after I ordered it and eventually arrived 4 days late (and too late to give as a gift). I ordered from elsewhere and got my delivery on the next morning! Needless to say I will not be using this site again.

I ordered a Slazenger Banger Towel and a sweatshirt, paid next day delivery and expected it the Friday and ended up getting it Saturday. Then I get an email stating that my order has been amended as there are no towels.. so why just state that from the start, also why give me a refund? I would rather it be sent if it’s something that is restocked but tell me what’s happened?!! I get in touch and I have to write this message online to get some answers and as a gesture of “goodwill” I got given 3 pound back.. so if I wanted to try another order I would then have to pay another 2-5 pound to try and get the towel again. Honestly such a terrible service from start to finish.

The products are not as good as I thought they would be. I didn’t realise that Mike Ashley owned USC. No I think my clothes are counterfeit goods
