Ordered and paid for next day and still a week later haven’t received my item highly disappointed

Dear sir / madam I wrote tow emails as a compliment on my order and I tried to call you by the two numbers on your website and i went to the USC shop in Middlesbrough they have me phone number which is alwyes busy. I paid extra money to get my order before i go to the holiday . The order arrive after 3 or 4 days. I dont know why you provide next day delivery if you can not do it !!!!!

I still haven't received my item though have received this follow up email! I have phoned, facebook mailed and emailed as I was purchasing this as a birthday gift, customer services extremely unhelpful. It doesn't state when ordering how long click and collect takes. I placed my order last Wednesday and have been informed by customer services it could be this Saturday before I get it! My partners birthday was yesterday! I emailed 3 days after placing the order after googling the delivery period for store collection to try and change to express delivery and am still waiting on a response.

Postage is a rip off at £4.99 & cost me £5.50 to send back as all sizes come up small, I then re-ordered in bigger sizes to pay another £4.99 delivery. On my first order I thought that 2 vest tops I ordered were 2 for £12, since receiving my refund for the first order I have looked back at the products online & in small writing it says 'this product only', not clear enough in my eyes so basically I paid more than I wanted as the deal is not obvious enough, not sure why anyone would want 2 of the same tops rather than a mix & match which I was after. I am now having to send back 2 of my tops which will cost me again in postage as this is the only method USC use, it is poor I can go elsewhere & get free delivery or at least be able to return to a shop for a full refund & not a gift card that I have to spend again with the Sports Direct group, total rip off will not be using your website again

Still not received parcel 10 days after ordering. Sent USC customer support an email to look into and still no response to date. Hermes delivery didn’t update tracking status for 4 days just said sent to wrong depot. Awful would not use USC again - parcel was for a gift but as still not received it would be too late anyway so will be returning (if it e er turns up) . If we reach 14 days with out delivery of goods the debit card guarantee kicks in and bank can recover costs for me. Awful customer service from USC and poor choice of delivery company.

I made an order for 5 moschino products ( 4 shirts and I polo ) yet only 2 shirts was packaged in a moschino box the remains was left like that in a rubber .

Ordered several items, none of which fitted which is obviously no fault of USC. However the fact that the returns policy means it’s made as difficult and expensive as possible to send items back, and with no return to store option, it is simply not worth the risk and so will never use again.

Ordered 2 items of clothing online. 74901155. These were sent with the electronic security tags still attached. Had to drive to local store, miles away to get them removed. Time wasted and an extra cost to return. When asked store manager for compensation for driving to the store, I was met with really bad attitude and refusal. Don't buy anything from here.

I've ordered some things from usc.uk they send the parcel with Dpd. On monday evening both companies emailed me that my parcele is ready to collect from the shop, when i went to pick up the parcel on Wednesday the people from collecting point they didn't knew what happend with the parcel and on their system it appears it was collected. After installing the dpd app, i saw on the aplication that the parcel is on the way back to sender, the parcel went back to the sender in that morning without any reason as they requested and dpd costumer service cheked and yhey did'nt saw any reason why the parcel was requested to go back to sender. In the email they gave me they said the parcel will be at the collecting point until next follwing monday. Aparently the sender usc request the dpd delivery to take back the parcel without reason. So i lost time waiting for someting i didn't receive. After I send am email to usc they sent me the money back and apologies. It was first and last time when i buy someting from them.

The item ordered was for my son's birthday. I ordered and paid for next day delivery the tshirt arrived at around 7pm. The item STILL HAD THE SECURITY TAG ON IT I could not take it back to usc as the shop was closed. Luckily my neighbour is a security worker for asda and along with my receipt took it up to asda and removed the tag. If he hadn't done this my son wouldn't have been able to wear his new top. This was a huge inconvenience

I wouldn’t order from USC again. £4.99 postage, the clothes arrived 2 1/2 weeks later!!!

everything, still have not got my order! still waiting for a manager too call me, I will never be using USC again for anything every! ulessess, more dissapointing service i have every experianced, very unhelpfull, and do not go out of the way to help teh customer, and the staff clearly do not give a mokeys about the companys reputation. i will be going to your competiors next time

So far unimpressed. Ordered £230 worth of branded items and paid £4.99 for delivery (who still makes customer pay for P&P on large orders???) but fair enough. Parcel "delivered" by Hermes first (and so far only) time whilst I must have been on the phone an didnt hear door knock so first I know is when I check the tracking details again and realised that there was an "attempted delivery", no card left, no email sent (hermes did send the tracking details in advance of the delivery). That was 4 days ago, one week since order was placed. You cant phone USC as far as I can tell anyway, and email customer service takes 48h minimum to turn around so in effect when you are having an item redelivered it doesnt really work and you are left in the dark: tracking details online dont seem to update either. I'm yet to receive my items. I wont order again because as much as I love Lacoste shirts I dont think anything is really worth that hassle when you have a job, a house, children to care for. Or maybe I'll pay full price for them next time and get real service. If you are in a hurry or are the worried type I would avoid this company at all costs.

Still haven’t revieved by order via click and collect after over a week. Says “processsing order” when I get checked my account. Also have conacted customer services by email about it and had not reply.

You sent me a polo shirt which had a hole in it and then made me pay to return it to you. What an awful way to treat a customer. I could understand if it was the wrong size or something, but it's not even me at fault, you sent a defective item. Awful awful returns rules.

Fast delivery but that's where it ends! Ordered 3 items polo shirt, jeans and sweater, the jeans and polo shirt were strange fitting as if they were rejects and the sweater had a hole on the back. Paid extra for next day delivery £6.99 and also paid return delivery £5.50 which wasn't refunded so I basically paid £12.49 to try on faulty clothes I will never be shopping online with USC again.

I paid extra money to have my item delivered on the Tuesday it was my day off and it never came so every day the item tried delivering to my home and couldn’t get access because I wasn’t there I finally got the item on the Saturday so really the extra £6 I paid was for nothing!
