Went into your Glasgow Forge branch to buy a pair of boots and was only in the shop 30 seconds and was asked to leave the store because they didn't like the look of me. Your online service was good and fast delivery.But dup to the way I was treated in your store I don't think I would shop with you again. Regards Robert

Where do I start?! I had trouble with the home delivery last year - where my parcel was unable to be signed for that day so ended up going back and being cancelled and refunded (which is not what I wanted but was given no choice in the matter). So this year I thought I would phone prior to booking in order to check the best but quickest way to go about it. I was advised at this point to just use the deliver to store option but they would treat it as express delivery- brilliant I thought! But no..... a week later (2 days before my husbands birthday) I had an email saying an item had been cancelled due to stock. So I called- to which the agent told me the warehouse was having difficulties with some orders as they couldn’t locate some items- but don’t worry we’ll refund your express charges! This was no help as I needed the items. The agent said I could cancel the items causing problems- but then it would take Upto 7 days to go to store (despite me having been told different). Or cancel the whole thing and start again- but the same thing may happen but she didn’t know. She then refused to put me on the phone to anyone else in order for me to raise a compliant. And couldn’t outbound call me later when I had a chance to sort something. She was no help, and no help was offered. This all meant I had to go and buy more gifts for my husband and this order arrived days later with 3 items having been Cancelled! Apauling customee service USC - would definaltly not recommend - especially if using as gifts for anyone

Product never arrived, despite paying for next day delivery. Communication with delivery service was impossible, and USC customer service were uncommunicative and unhelpful.

Charging for standing delivery..I understand that but to charge for click and collect to a store is an absolute joke!

Bought 3 items for delivery and one of them a NY cap was really dirty all over. Looked like it had been on the floor. Complained and sent photos to the email I was given but all my emails got returned. Still no outcome after 3 weeks.

I purchased 5 pairs of trainers from the website. All trainers are suppose to be brand new but I found that one pair had been worn and still contained a security tag.

I had ordered a jacket for my son on Monday 18th June and paid for the next day delivery, on the Wednesday I got a text from Dpd to say the parcel would be delivered that day but did not arrive. I then waited till the Thursday and emailed your customer services and still had no reply from that mail. I called Dpd and they said they never received the parcel. I then called your customer services and got told the jacket had been sent out and I would get it Saturday but again it never arrived. Today I called again to be told it had been lost. Why is it I need to call to get information, I would expect to be kept updated. I have now managed to get a replacement but I am very unhappy

It's been a week since placing an order for next day delivery. Still no delivery and no reply from USC website contact form. No telephone number available. Delivery company myhermes say it's lost. USC have my money and I have no items or answers as to where they are. How I get this sorted or get my money back is a mystery. Never ever will I recommend USC and never ever will I buy from them again.

I was sent two shoes (Puma Suede Classic) that were a totally different shade of red from each other...unwearable. One was faded red, the other a bright red. Really poor attention to detail - surely boxes are checked for matching shoes before dispatch? And I have to pay to return them...
