When my delivery came the order came with the security tag still on and was told to go to the store to get it off I had to travel 50 miles for a store! Contacted them twice via email then tried to phone them and nothing was put on hold for a long time no one answered even though I was first in the que!

I am still awaiting my parcel to be delivered, I ordered it on the 12 as a gift. I paid for delivery which said it would be delivered to the store in 5/7 working days. 9 days later still no confirmation to say it has been delivered. I rang the helpline which Cost money to follow up my order. To be told it was definitely going to be in the shop yesterday. I had also emailed yourself to follow up and I’m still waiting for a reply. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I still haven’t received my item, sent email to urself and Hermes but have had nothing bk!! Been nearly 2 weeks. I’m very disappointed with this service and will not be using usc again!!

I have emailed numerous times to complain about good that are not fit for purpose however to my amazement I have not received a single reply. I am sick and tired of emailing you. To anyone that reads this review beware this company is not bothered about aftercare, only interested in taking your money. Wont be shopping with you ever again

I ordered a Father’s Day present and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. However the item I received was wrong. So complete let down and Father’s Day was a bit of a downer for my son and husband:(( even more annoying is that I my time is wasted sending emails etc... and have to wait for my order and no apology given☹️

USC cancelled part of my order saying that it wasn't in stock, even though it was still showing in stock on their website. Wrote them an email to clarify, no response, ordered the same item again next day and it was delivered, I ended up paying the delivery cost twice because of their mess up and they do not even have the decency to reply to my email. Extremely poor customer service, think before you buy, they do not have a telephone number for their customer service and just ignore e-mails.

Ordered my item last week and was expecting delivery on Monday 18th June. It stated Hermes will be delivering the item. Item showed that it was delivered to the reception however nothing was received as I popped into the reception 5 mins after it stated it was delivered. I have had many other parcels delivered to my work place without any issues. Emailed USC on literally 5 minutes later and was given a automatic reply saying they would get back to me within 1-3 working day. spoke to Customer Services on Thursday 21st of June and they stated the email had not even been picked up and that I would need to wait another 1-3 working days for them to investigate. I have still not had a reply or call from anyone and have not received anything. Clearly the delivery driver has done something dodgy and stated it was delivered. Still waiting on USC to come back to me with further information.

I am really disappointed to say I ordered a pair of converse to be delivered to Italy and the are unwearable. They arrived fine but I am very disappointed to say they are different sizes. The labels correspond however there are 1cm different in size. I can’t find a telephone number to call a customer service department and from what I understand I have send back the product, recorded delivery, which will cost a fortune from Italy. Then I have to wait 30 days. Unacceptable. I look from to hearing a response.

The way the parcel was sent was disgusting the t shirts which may I add expensive ones were acrenched in balls and wrapped in plastic

I brought trainers for my Dad for Father’s Day and wanted to exchange them for a more expensive pair and was told I can’t. The box has been opened but the trainers have t been touched or even taken out. Really disappointing.

blouses without packaging, with the alarm, as if I stole them, crushed boxes for shoes, blouses put like rags in a sack, very poor service, very expensive supplies, quality bad
