Order was not delivered despite selecting a local collection point. Goods returned were to USC, when I emailed to ask why they said the delivery address was incomplete which was not the case as the full address was quoted on all emails. Complete waste of time

I ordered my jacket on the 13th June and a week later still not received it - can you please find out if I am going to receive this.. I have had goods from China quicker

Are you joking, paid next day delivery is more then 1 week parcel still not with me and customers service every email i have to wait 48hrs for some kind of respond and you asking me for review

Placed an order of two items and they sent me and email to say one was out of stock. I wanted to pick something else or reorder as the item was still available on the website and wrote an email to customer services to express this. They replied and said I would have to reorder and play two delivery charges. Delivery at 4.99 is pricey enough without having to pay that twice with a mistake that wasn’t my own. When I replied hey never got back to me help me with my enquiry. Won’t be using this site again and will advise others the same.

Maybe it’s not your fault but Hermes have still not delivered my order and I have contacted them via their website without success! Perhaps you could do something about this or do I request a refund?

New trainers were delivered marked and clearly worn so not new. It was clear nobody had checked these items before dispatch. These will have to be returned - not happy!

Why are you sending me an email asking to review products I’m still waiting to receive?! I paid £5 to get the items delivered to store and I’m still waiting, over a week later. Rubbish service

As we are ordering online, sometimes the pics look very different. I have to return the items but have to pay for the delivery, which is not fair.

The goods I received have been used or on display. I am now having to pay to return these by post. I have been told I will have my postage refunded but I will believe this when I receive it!

Ordered on the 10th of June as a Father’s Day present, it’s now the 19th of June and still no delivery. Considering I paid £4.99 for delivery having to wait for 9 days (possibly more if it doesn’t come today) is just too long.

Ordered 2 items for next day delivery for an extra over charge of £6.95 only to be notified several hours later by a generic email that one item was out of stock, no apology, no alternative product offered and no discount to the delivery charge. Second item arrived next day, Lacoste sliders size 1 for my 8 year old. Poor quality, poor sizing. Complete waste of time. Terrible experience. Won’t be using USC again when there are so many online alternatives available that actually care for their consumers online experience.

I ordered 4 items. 2 of which I received an email 2 days later stating they were not in stock. Also received a perfume bottle which was half used and box damaged. Won’t be shopping again.

Have not received my package. Date was set for Saturday 16, I checked my tracking email and upon clicking the link. I was displayed a message, saying the package was delivered and signed for the day before, the expected delivery. Obviously I do not have the package and neither do any of my neighbors. I have not been left any, notification card. I emailed customer service on Saturday and have still had any response

Originally ordered 2 x 3 pairs of DKNY gents trunks in large. 1 x 3 pair was cancelled via e mail due to no stock. The other 1 x 3 pair arrived and there was 2 large and 1 medium in same pack! So basically I have paid full price and postage for 2 large trunks instead of 6. I could have sent the pack back but I would have had to pay more postage, and waited for more trunks to arrive. there doesn't appear to be any mechanism for contacting customer services direct either. So all in all I'd say that's pretty rubbish service.

Ordered a napa coat, in a xl, came though the post, wasn’t an xl, took it to the store in shirebrooke, unintrested staff, now I’m down money through postage and fuel to get there, the coat wasn’t an xl in size as I tried another xl on in store and it fit perfect, wouldn’t use this place again

Ordered two items paid £5 delivery then they cancelled one order making the other order left to deliver which when added to delivery cost actually became more expensive than going to the shop. USC offer a very antiquated service no changes to deliveries allowed no contact number this is a faceless company who take your money and run. I won’t be using them again. If you choose to then please don’t change any of your order.
