“I had to wait over a week to recieve my delivery. Hermes failed to deliver to my home stating that they tried to deliver. Finally I recieved the parcel and when I spoke with the courier he told me that he had been on holiday and the standvin driver didn’t know the area well. I fell let down by both usc & hermes as they both made out that it was my fault as the driver couldn’t get an answer even though the first delivery driver never came to my adress or left a card to say that he had been. Poor service all round that cost me time off of work and waisting my time waiting on the delivery arriving .”

“Haven't received the product cause the courier Hermes couldn't deliver. Plenty of neighbours in when I'm not about who could sign for it but they never use that option.”

“Item quality terrible, small mark and plucks on the fabric and someone else’s order included in my parcel, inc invoice with full name and address details! So time and effort spent trying to sort that out, I will be reimbursed for sending back once item processed which according to paperwork could be 2 weeks. Won’t be buying from USC again.”

“I never received my boots I got fed up trying to contact USC and Hermes. It is to late as I go on holiday today and I have had to buy another pair of boots, I will be looking for a complete refund please arrange this.”

“USC got my order completely wrong. They charged me correctly, for the item I wanted, but sent me a different (cheaper) item. I raised a ticket with customer services 5 days ago and nobody has got back to me yet. Poor show.”

“Poor service, charge for high price items when out of stock. Or lazy pickers can't be bothered to find the last one. The last order in the pocket was packaging for socks so someone is on the take there. This is the last time I order from usc”

“Shirt sent wrong 3 times. I told them their product code was wrong on the item compared to the website. Even printed the webpage off and sent it in with a return. Still wrong.”

“What a joke!! Paid £4.99 for delivery (not even next day). Clothes wasn’t as expected as online. No free returns slip. Cost me £15 to return the parcel. Therefore around £20 on delivery and returns. Didn’t keep any items. Will never shop at USC again. Bad experience. Shoppers please think twice before shopping here.”
