Dreadful, I ordered 3 items for next day delivery & only got 1 of them a few days later, I wanted the items to take on holiday but was then informed they didn’t have 2 of them in stock, no use at all, if I knew that I’d have ordered stuff from another site :-(

Clothes looked nothing like the image on the USC site. They looked cheap, not good material. They were stuffed in the bag and not folded like you'd expect new clothes to be packaged. Overall disappointed with clothes. Delivery was fast though.

Ordered 4 polo t-shirts just under £190 mainly Hugo boss and Lacoste. Used Next day delivery service but Arrived two days later. Usc did not charged me for the cost of delivery. Quality of the t-shirts I received was politely saying poor. Only once of them was in the its original packaging. Rest still had the hangers on them. Looked like they been taken from the the shop floor, literally floor as they had creases, marks, defects and overall impression was "what the f...." after years of online shopping that was the first time I was really angry with my order. I send items back and will never deal with this company again.

Think returns policy is unfair I had to pay £5.99 to get item delivered to USC shop then pay again for return as items don't fit

I bought a ted baker dress the dress arrived unfolded in a ball and the hem of the dress was absolutely filthy - black as if it had been dragged across a warehouse floor - I'm disgusted to say the least ! Only that I need the dress in a hurry & ive 2 very small babies so trying to get out to the shops is a hassle at the moments I would have sent it back - instead it's in the dry cleaners and I'm saying a prayer it'll come out !!!

I made an order and waited in it getting delivered but they tried to message me saying they had delivered the parcel but no one in this house got any parcel so I’m waiting on the investigation getting made and something getting done about it cause I’m loosing out on loads of money and I’m going to need to get the police involved if it doesn’t get sorted on your behalf

You cancelled an item off my order then sent it without replying to my email about choosing another item to replace it then I asked for a promo code so I could order a different tracksuit for the next day and after all that my delivery didn’t even come next I’m less than happy with your service and not sure I will shop hear again

I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days too late. Awful response from customer service saying they would refund me £2! Pathetic! Not even had a response when I said I wasn’t satisfied with that. Will never use again and will tell anyone who asks.

Low prices and part of sports direct group so have to bare that in mind when buying but even knowing that this was a bad experience. The product arrived in a mess, chucked in the black bag still on the hanger, crumpled up stained and threads pulled. No original packaging or folding. Emailed to feed this back and recd a “sorry we sent he wrong item email” you didn’t send the wrong item just one from the bottom of a jumble sale bargain bin

Absolutely awful. Where is my parcel??! Paid for next day and never arrived. They haven't even given me a refund. Absolute farce. Had to try my best to find a number to ring them and they didn't care. Thieves.

My on-line shopping experience was very poor. I bought a shirt, but when I tried to pay and check-out, USC refused my VISA debit card. I re-entered it twice more before it was accepted. Then I noticed I had been billed twice for the shirt. It seems that two of the three attempted orders went through. I immediately contacted USC customer service by email to say that I wanted just one shirt and would like to be billed just once. In reply, I received an email saying that orders cannot be ammended once placed. The whole experience was extremely unsatifactory and I won't be shopping at USC in the future. Neil Ford

You delivered the wrong item! Therefore, I've had to get a credit note & re-order the item for a second time. However, this means I'm paying the £4.99 delivery charge twice - due to your error - this hardly seems fair. If it wasn't for the fact that the item was for my son I wouldn't have bothered. Unlikely to use your online ordering again (this was our first time).
