“Ordered goods 10am and received an email at 10.45 pm to say that one of my items was out of stock. The item was part of a bikini separate so would have cancelled the item to match if I could. Instead I have to pay to return the item at my own cost. You pay for delivery and pay to return items. Very poor in my opinion so won’t use USC online again unless this is changed. Can’t understand why you don’t offer free delivery to store and store returns like most”

“I'm shocked and disappointed as not all my items arrived. I have contacted usc and not heard back, so I now need to spend more time chasing this up and getting the issue resolved. One unhappy customer”

“Placed an order from this company over a week ago and still haven't received my order. I tried tracking the order and it says multiple times that delivery was unsuccessful and then says that order was delivered and signed for. However, i have mot received the order yet. If order is not here in the next couple of days I will be making a formal complaint. Not happy at all!!”

“When my trainers finally arrived, I found they were massive compared to my older trainers of the same size. I looked through all the information emailed to me by USC, and found that zero return information was given. I still haven't found a way to return my trainers but it looks like they force you to open an account to do so.”

“If you place an order accidentally and notice straight away, they will dispatch the order before they respond to you. Used USC for dropshipping but not anymore.”

“Order was 2, 3 packs of Calvin Klein men’s underpants arrived and each pair had the security tag on them tried to look for a customer service number to ring nothing sent a email no reply ended up having to drive 30 mins to the nearest store so they could take the security tags off for me”

“When I opened the parcel every single item apart from the most expensive was in its individual bag but the last one was a Lyle and Scott t shirt it looked as though it had just been taken off the shop floor rolled up and put into the bag, it was so creased it looked awful So I wasn’t impressed”

“Rubbish. Where is my package!? Tried to get delivered mid day 3 times. Then I can't go pick it up from Depo. What do you think a grown ass man doesn't need to work!? We don't live in Beverly Hills. You take my money and keep the package. I want this sorted asap. What a stupid system you have. Maybe change the name to stay at home mum or unemployed only SC!”

“This has been a strange experience across the board with USC. I just got an email asking me to review my experience with the shipping of my products. But, I haven't even received them yet! In addition, its been three weeks since I placed the order... and finally, the status of my package in my online profile says its, "Ready To Ship" - the same status it has been for the past three weeks. Thats NO movement in 3 weeks time. Hence my Poor review. I'm still confused with what is going on over there except they are ignoring my order. I hope this is not typical.”

“Well, put it this way, if i had the goods that i had ordered i would be in a better position to write a review, at the moment i am none to impressed. i received a text message from your chosen parcel handler that they would deliver between 1300 and 1700 yesterday, 25/7/18 and still i have no goods or any indication of them having been to my address to deliver. When can i have my shoes ? I M Prater.”

“Not impressed with click and collect service. Order took 8 days to arrive due to the fact that deliveries are only made to the store one day a week! Also I emailed to ask to cancel my order when I realised it would not be here before my holidays! Now need to wait until holidays to collect order and need to return my order! Most places click and collect is a much faster process and for this reason I won’t use service again”
