Tbh i am not happy, have worn my new trainers once and have started to turn green. Dunno why. Wont be using usc again

I have ordered with usc multiple times and this time got sent dirty clothes and still have revived an email back from usc about it !!

Very poor. I ordered a large and small black firetrap suitcase. Received two different suitcases . One the large black that I ordered and then a small blue material one .completely wrong and no one has done anything about it ! ! !

It was horrible quality of goods, absolutely dirty with huge stains, it was worn, i wrote a letter about this to cs@

Rubbish. Three items I ordered were ‘out of stock’ after order was processed and confirmation received. The last time I ordered something from USC I was sent it in the wrong colour. Absolutely nothing good to say.

I would stop using Hermes as your delivery service. Absolutely disgusting service they left it inside my bin which luckily I caught before they took the bins... no note was left inside my door to say where it was!!!! I also paid for next day delivery and it turns up 2 days later

I paid for next day delivery with dpd didnt turn was a fight with usc and dpd regarding when my parcel was gonna arrive, to be fair usc did refund the delivery, however one of the items recived is damaged, so back to square one having to pay for return delivery, very dissapionted with usc, lets see how long it will take to resolve the matter

The t-shirts have extremely annoying tags that itch the neck (sol cal) and the boots i got after only two uses, tore from the sole. Goodjob.

This was the first time I had shopped online with USC. Having been lured by the summer sale offers, I ordered a number of items for my partner and kids for our holiday. One was a Hugo Boss shirt which was required for a Christening that weekend. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. The shirt arrived covered in black marks and there was a tear to the sleeve. I tried to return this along with a pair of shoes that didn’t fit to the USC store at Mcr Fort. I was told I was unable to get a refund and had to pay additional postage to return it, even though I had the receipt! I was issued a credit note for the shoes but told they couldn’t do anything about the shirt as it was faulty. I then paid an additional £3.99 to return it via Royal Mail. I’m totally unimpressed at having paid over a tenner in postage for a faulty item from USC. Really bad customer service and perhaps the most patronising shop assistants in store that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will definitely not be shopping with USC again. This was the first and last time.

Absolutely disgraceful charge of £5 to be delivered to store and still taking a week to do, would expect free delivery to store and then having the check to charge the customer the expense of sending back the item via recorded Royal Mail delivery. Very poor show from a so called big company not to mention customer service taking an eternity to reply via email.

My sunglasses arrived in store after a two week wait and with a security tag on them, the store couldn't remove it so the had to send them back and they promised to send another pair but failed to check stock and 30 mins later sent an email to say they were out of stock. I called head office and they were very unhelpful and really disinterested.

Order came within allotted time but unfortunately it was the right product but wasn’t the colour I clearly ordered. When followed up I was told they didn’t have my size in stock so sent a like for like pair of flip flops but in different colour. I would of rather been told that what I had ordered originally wasn’t in stock.. won’t be using USC in future.

Ordered on line and what a shambles! Sent two different shoes, come on get a grip....won’t be doing that again! Hope the staff member has been disciplined.

Unhappy with my order shirt came with a hole in and then having to pay return postage to send the item back is disappointing items should be checked before dispatch then this would not happen.

Ordered police shorts with double fronted pockets and received thinner cheaper versions with single pockets. I already have these shorts and they’re a much heavier material. The picture on the website is not what you receive. Very disappointed. Also said colour was stone. More like cream.

Extremely NOT happy... ordered a coat on the 29th of July and paid for next day delivery. Coat never came so I contacted USC and got refunded my delivery change and basically just got told to 'wait a couple more days for delivery'. I waited... and waited and never received my coat so I contacted my bank and they took my money back from USC. I usually shop in store and I am now severely disappointed and put off purchasing from this company again online. So in the end, I NEVER received my product so thanks again USC for such great service....not.
