Instead of things showing up on the website as out of stock so you can order elsewhere, you end up putting your order through and then, if like me you don't check your email daily, you wait days for the delivery and then find that they've cancelled some of the items from your order meaning you may have either missed the chance to buy sale items at other retailers or you have to pay for delivery twice. I had this problem with them before. Infuriating.

Issues with delivery, charged me for next day delivery bit received item 5 days late. Argues with me that I had supplied the wrong postcode though when the item arrived it had the original label which showed the postcode supplied as correct. They have ignored my requests to escalate and refund despite being sent an email showing the labels. Really poor customer service, will absolutely not be using them again nor would I recommend them to anybody.

You have to pay to collect at store. That’s wrong. You then have to pay to return goods if not right because you can’t return in store. Won’t be using them online again.

Worst service ever. Selected someavailable items, after paid them received an email that some are not available. Wanted to cancel the order and do it again because it is not normal to receive an incomplete order, but they never replied and sent it incomplete. Shame! 0 stars, not even half

I'm still waiting for my order.I ordered Adidas Duramo Slide Snr00 Solar Yellow 9 on 4th of August and I still dont have it.I've paid 4.99 for delivery and still waiting .Really slow delivery!!!I'm not happy at all!

I ordered a pair of trainers in black and they came in blue these were for school for my daughter. And had no time to return for the pair I ordered so I just returned. And bought a pair local.

Placed 2 orders with USC in the last week. One of them was booked and paid for next day delivery and turned up after 5 days. The other order had one item missing. Tried to call you and even first in the queue no one answered for 18 minutes ( been charged £6.20 by phone provider). Emailed and no one answered back to me. Really bad service, definitely will not order again.

2 out 3 items delivered, 3rd item showing as delivered never turned up, emailed customer services nearly a week ago, still waiting for a reply!

I had a pre-loaded credit card of £50. I bought 1 main item: £40 and £10 worth of "filler items". I downloaded the app for 20% off - RESULT! USC emails me the next day to say my main item is unavailable and the remaining "filler items" are on their way. I dont want the filler items, i want the main item! So i try to find a telephone number - none available. So I message via the website and via the email address to immediately cancel my order - no response for 24 hours. I then find out that Sports Direct is the same company & I call them - the guy obviously deals with a lit of people and a DISGUSTING CUSTOMER (NON) SERVICE WALL comes up. He tells me that he will refund my products when they return to a warehouse (although I had never received any item) and I have to wait for a refund. I asked if the 20% will still be around - he said "No". There was not even a sorry - just a "Terms & Conditions state..." USC has really shattered the illusion of being a credible company & I will deliberately try to use other companies before I use USC or Sports Direct from now on.

From carrier pick up to delivery 2 days of absence of information . On my previous order I got s extremely rude reply about a item that had a security tag . Last order the size of one ordered belt isn’t accurate

Fantastic offer of saving 20% through the app. Ordered £65 worth of items including some trainers. Trainers were removed from basket 3 days later as being out of stock. Not impressed at all.

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery on the Thursday so I expected it to come on the Friday but I did not receive my parcel until Monday. This was four days after ordering. I emailed customer services to get a refund for my £6.99 which I got a reply saying they like be back in contact and they still have not been in contact. Will not be ordering again after the poor customer service

Your products and app are at a competitive price which is good. But the cost of delivery and returns is out-dated and a pain. Possibly a reason why I may not shop here again. £7 initial delivery and the £15 to return items. Total of £22 on delivery and returns.

(invoice № 76504932) Unfortunately, in my package there is one missing item - new balance ML565 trainers (catalog code 115279/18/300 in the invoice). it was a gift for my son at the beginning of the school year.
