Order arrived, only one trainer in the box, 3 days later I am still waiting on a solution, had to email again to get someone to contact me, answered there questions, and still waiting on a reply, poor customer service, will never deal with them again,

Ordered a set of clothes sent half of order when out of stock then said can only get a usc voucher instead of a refund now I have mismatching tracksuits with no refund

Wouldn’t even give the 1 star if it was an option. Sent a complaint after receiving my product damaged and discoloured which therefore couldn’t be given to my family member as a present for this reason. Haven’t had anything back from my complaint even after it being past 1-3 working days which I was told it would be responded to by. Also had to pay £3 to return an item which was delivered to me damaged through no fault of my own.

Product ordered was fab only down side was that the security tag was still attached so had to go to store to return

I paid for next day delivery because the order was for someone traveling but you didn’t deliver until the 3rd day after the person had left.... you also do not have a functional customer service that can be reached on phone and email sent you have not been replied till now..... I didn’t check people’s review before making purchase from you this will definitely be the last one from me

Terrible! I ordered some clothes for a holiday for which I had to pay postage. 2 days later i received emails to say that 3 of my products were not in stock so would not be shipped. This meant that I wouldn't have time to order ant more for my holiday. I also emailed customer service why it too 2 days to tell me they weren't on stock and if they could offer me something so I could order some more without paying for postage as it was an error from USC. All I received was a generic email to say they were sorry but provided no real explanation or solution. I won't be ordering with USC again as it seems to be a lottery if you actually get what you ordered.

Hello, I ordered a FEK Herit MeshPoloCp Sn84 Black/White Onesize Product Code: 391844/40/050 and I haven’t received it as it was supposed to come on Friday. Was hoping that you’s could help me out and tell what went wrong or if I can get a refund for it. Unless I am receiving the goods sometime this week, thank you.

Would give 0 stars but had to select one stupid retailer customer service is pathetic and outrageous way beyond a joke can’t tell item stock online and no free returns in today’s day and age customer service reps are rude don’t listen cut you in and talk over you repeating the same script like programmed robots do not buy from here chances are for a couple quid extra you will get the item with free returns peace of mind and some bloody respect when you call to complain and if your ordering next day delivery let me tell you it won’t be next day and even if it is chances are the delivery guy will give it to anyone on your street even because he couldn’t be bothered finding your door so you won’t have a card unless you knock on the whole street and to complain ring customer service and speak to Anita she will be happy to say put it in writing in a email 100 tines ir asking as the call lasts they really do know how to wind people up will never use them again Not even if my life depended on it 😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is the first time I've ordered with USC and really disappointed to say it will be the last. I ordered a Hugo Boss polo shirt for my dads 60th birthday requested the next day delivery which was £6.99. The order came not even packaged properly just thrown into a parcel bag like an old rag for a designer brand really really disappointed with the lack of care taken on this purchased item. Then it was stuffed through my letterbox and was total creased when it arrived. Unfortunately this item didn't fit and was really disappointed to read on the returns label I am going to have to pay to return this after already paying £6.99 delivery. To say I am disappointed is an understatement I won't be shopping here again. Kind Regards Mrs Poulton

I m extremely unhappy with the service .I have not received my item yet the courier whom delivered an item from Sports Direct on a separate order has logged that I have signed a parcel from USC. Fraud.

So disappointed I ordered 3 jeans for my husband online. They sent me wrong colour in one, and the total wrong jeans in the other which was not even on my order form. I ordered online as I don’t have time to pop in to shops, suppose to be easier to do online shoppin. So I have paid for products which are not my order and now to send them back will also cost me more money and time. These were ordered for a present for my husband bday which he was unable to wear. I even paid extra for delivery so they arrive quicker
