Ordered online recently, was extremely disappointed to receive the wrong order. When trying to resolve the issue, went all the way to Doncaster - which cost money on the train, for the shop to give little to no help and send me away with the customer service number. The customer service helpline is hard to find and is extremely slow!! Very disappointed and will not be ordering from you again

Terrible Didn’t provide product because of shortage of stock and needed before travelling No option to cancel the remainder of the order so charged full delivery for less than half of items

Shocking company. Almost impossible to get a response or reply. Never again. Disgraceful company. No customer service. Obviously to put you off returning things. Shocking!!!

I ordered all my holiday clothes which were just under £200 33 Items which I was happy Till I opened the bag..... The clothing Cheap material, Sizes are all wrong measurements, I was really Shocked how much packaging came for a small top that says size 18 XXL, never in a million years it fit me and I am a size 10. Then to top it all off I had 17 Items to send back at the post office to be CHARGED £13.14 to send the items back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SHOCKING!!!

I was very disappointed with the quality of my purchases. I bought 2 Calvin Klein triangle bikini tops and within 5 days of wearing it the back of the bikini (fastening) snapped off and therefore is broken.

I received my new white tshirt with a big black dirty stain on the front of it and can’t be returned to store so I am having to pay postage to return the item for an exchange.

After emailing and texting to advise my parcel was ready for collection, I then received another to say there was a delay and I would be advised when it was ready (I never was) I have then called the collection store to be told no parcel. I then emailed customer services (3 days later) I was advised my parcel was at my chosen location, same day a text to say if I don’t collect it will be returned. Ordered on Aug 27th (needed for a week later) never advised in time it was ready. Dreadful service.

I ordered 2 items and one of them was completely wrong..same brand but colour, style etc everything about the item was wrong very disappointed

My items arrived damaged and for the second time they arrived with security tags still attached, which is very poor and frustrating!! Customer service is also shocking, can’t ever get through and also don’t reply to emails... I wouldn’t recommend buying from here very shocking service!

I have still not received my order. I know that this is probably the fault of DHL but after 6 telephone calls and 3 emails from DHL cancelling my delivery, I’m out of pocket £75 with nothing to show for it??

I'm quite disappointed with my purchase and have had to return most items sadly. Despite saying this I have only ever had positive sales in the past with usc. Its a shame this time items arrived that were clearly damaged and no good. Something advertised as a top was in actual act a dress. Hopefully next time will be better. I am still awaiting my return money and confirmation email

No impressed. I spend a lot of money on an item I did not receive, instead I was sent somebody else’s item which costed £15!! I am not happy, I am still currently waiting for my original item to be sent out to me!

I sent a complaint email through the contact form several days ago and I've had no response. I'd like to know why I've been charged £5.99 for a shipment to the UK, which is more than your carriage costs to Europe. I've also not received the £5.00 voucher I was supposed to get for picking up instore. I hope to hear from you soon.

The shoes are fine, they are Kickers therefore nothing to do with USC as such. In my experience the customer service at USC is lacking. My sons shoes arrived without laces, I emails USC twoce amd have had NO reply. As a result, I have had to purchase laces at my expense and without ANY contact from USC. I would NOT recommend USC based on their customer service alone.

Was disappointed that I was given shoes where one was a size 11 and one was a size 9. Sent them back, so hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
