Item arrived - it was dirty and dusty, as if it had been in a warehouse without any packaging to protect it. In addition, the item was faulty in two places. I have to now lose the initial £5 delivery charge AND pay an additional delivery charge to send the faulty item back. I do not believe this is fair or acceptable.

Sir/Madam As you are aware from my phone call, if the system has been updated, I paid for next day delivery and this never occurred, very dissatisfied as I was going on my honeymoon on the fifth and the clothes I ordered on the 3rd at 00:30ish never arrived. As I have been away I have had my father in law stay at my property to look after my children in my absence and neither a delivery or mother asked delivery card has been made, please let me know why this has happened and what action I am to take on my return? Do I keep waiting for items I have paid for that might never show or do you issue me a full refund including the next day delivery? Regards Ayla

Awful worst service ever received. Paid 7.99 for next day delivery. They tried to blame courier company. USC had parcel for 4 days before sending. The free delivery service would of been quicker!! Absolute joke!! The item was 19.99 I paid nearly half the price again for nothing do not use. Use a company like ASOS they are first class!!

We are waiting more than three weeks for you to answer our mail. We sent few mails asking you what to do. That is unnacceptable! You sent the wrong items. Why is it a problem to tell us what to do?!

Not only do you charge for delivery which was obviously next day as you make clients pay for delivery but I then have to pay for return. The items I purchased wasn’t quite right however one was ridiculously the wrong size. By the time I’d messaged the customer service team it was so close to the return date so had to pay a further 6.55 for return. Would 100% not use the website again and will be advising friends to do the same

Ordered a coat on 2/9/18 to receive a child’s football strip with someone else’s personal details and order form etc. Now the 10/9/18 and I still do not have my coat and been told I need to arrange the returns myself. Shocking attitude from customer services, will not be shopping here again.

I did not receive my order. I paid £7.99 for DPD next day delivery as I needed it for school. I had emails & texts to say it was going to be delivered, even a 1 hr time slot but nothing. I had to request a refund, very disappointed 😞

I went off the sizes on the website for firetrap shorts . I ordered a large an there way to big there more like a 38 .

As requested, this is a short review of USC, not of the product I purchased. I went into the store to try and purchase a pair of trainers for my little girl. As they didn’t have her size, I then requested to order them, I was advised I wasn’t able to do this as it was a different ordering system. I then went online myself whilst in the USC store to order the pair of trainers, only to find out that not only was it £4.99 for delivery, it was also £4.99 for click and collect!!!! Crazy! Most other organisations won’t charge you for click and collect. Consequently, I probably won’t buy from this company again but instead choose to buy from another supplier.

A week after the order is placed, it still says processing on the order tracking page. Had in excess of 20 advertising emails from USC since the order, but none about my actual order. Still no idea where my order is.
