Well, you have taken my money from my credit card like more than a week ago,and I still dont have the products I have ordered delivered to me,so I am very frustrated

I did next day delivery and a week later still no sign of my parcel! Emailed customer service and no response from them either! Will be asking for my money back! Terrible service

High international delivery cost (10 pound), and still waiting reciving my order. nearly 10 or more days waiting paying as express international delivery from uk other shops.

Ordered about a week ago and no sign of my delivery. The link to Hermes delivery shows no progress in the order either. Consignment number : 0315809015135887

Wrong item was sent. As there is no telephone number all communication had to be done by email. Not very happy as trainers were required for an imminent holiday and as every email took up to 3 days to reply it was not resolved to my satisfaction in time. Had to ask for them to check to ensure that the trainers I wanted were in stock and the correct ref number was quoted on the site. Then had the hassle of returning the incorrect item sent to me. Could have all been resolved with 1 phone call of less than 5 mins.

Bought a pair of puma trainers for my daughter to go away for other her dad off online and had them delivered to my local sports direct, collected them yesterday packed them in her case still in the bag not thinking to check them as never in my life have I received one shoe from any where. Emailed with a complaint as not happy.

First of all, you have to pay £4.99 for delivery to store only to wait over a week for the actual delivery. Then when I received my order the trainers I had ordered were described as white but they were actually beige so I now have to pay another £5 for a return. Very disappointed with the online service and will not be using it again.

Parcel due to be delivered to store but was lost, had to go through multiple channels to get it sorted. Generally very poor service, with poor prices.

One of my items was out of stock once I had ordereded it , so USC cancelled it . Let me know my email . I emailed Back to change size on product so it could be sent with original order there reply was I had to re order item and pay postage again!!! Wouldn’t recommend them or use them again ! Robbed !

Awful, didn’t receive my order due to the amateur courier used who left it in a bin but signed it himself that it was delivered. Your customer service take forever to respond I guess because of the constant problems other customers have. Still not got the item I paid for or money back. Shocking!

Normally very happy with my orders. All the white t-shirts i ordered arrived dirty with black marks all over them I sent an email to customer services with photo evidence to no reply order 77656122 Email sent to: cs@usc.co.uk

After returning a faulty product, I not only lost the delivery charge but also the cost of fuel and parking to return the item to store.. So now I have no jacket as unable to order and I paid for delivery charge on a faulty item along with fuel and parking so I would say am about £12 out of pocket

Not good paying delivery and return Soviet shorts purchased awful quality never the price on tag marked up to be marked down shoddy quality and then pay to return bad service
