Don’t know how my item is because you use a crappy delivery service so it never arrived. Hermes. I’ve had to reorder to a click and collect store so am now out of pocket until you refund the money for the original purchase and I’ve had to pay postage twice

Double delivery cost ifneed to return. No contact phone number for customer services. Can not return goods to a store. Would not recommend or use again.

Got delivered the wrong item. Shoes that were delivered arrived lying in the bottom of the bag box etc was opened. Shoes that were delivered are also damaged. Shoes were specially chosen by someone for their birthday, their birthday is now on Tuesday and there is no present sorted. Tried calling customer services numerous times, automated lady told me to call back later, tried emailing and still no response. I will not be paying the return cost as this is out of my control. First image is the damaged shoes I received, second image is the shoes I ordered. VERY VERY unimpressed.

Unfortunately we have not received the goods ordered. We had a notification that the parcel was delivered to a neighbor but it wasn’t. The tracking doesn’t say what number house it was delivered to - so we haven’t received what we ordered

Would rather put no stars due to the fact what I ordered wasn’t packaged properly. There was no bag for the item just came in a plastic envelope. Then the alarm tag was still attached. The item was also dirty. When I tried to exchange which I resent same day. Turns out they are now out of stock! Will not be shopping with usc again.

Extreamly unhappy with the service ordered some goods for my self as I'm disabled and struggle to get out the house. My daughter wanted a hid die which I also ordered which was for her birthday and it never turned up. I been accused off lien about this and struggling to resolve this problem as I'm unable to leave house to print off a letter that apparently need me to sign to try and process the problem. I have spent hundreds with you in the past and advised friends and family to use you but because off this I'm very unlikely to use again or reccomened to anyone

Don’t bother buying from here. The fitting and quality is terrible. They sent me a top with a hole in it. Also if you do choose to buy from them, check your delivery charge as it’s probably more that you think and they won’t refund you!

The main purpose of the order was to purchase a Hugo Boss top, a few DAYS later was informed it was out of stock. Queried this with customer services with each reply taking DAYS, finally informed that "stock on our website is not confirmation that stock is available" (still showing as IN STOCK on the website!). Also bought some HB Polo's that were listed as regular fit but need to return \ exchange these as they are actually slim fit. Still waiting to hear back how to do this (don't see why I should pay for return postage as they were incorrectly described). Some items came without packaging and looked like they came from a recycle bin. Looking at other reviews there seems to be a pattern here on all these issues. Sounds like its a bit of lottery ordering from USC (especially with their dodgy stock system) so will avoid in the future. Shame as prices were good and most items delivered on time.

I ordered 4 items and was only told that one item was out of stock when the other 3 items had been sent out. It was a high delivery charge for just 3 cheap items and I wouldn't have bought them without the higher priced item. What makes it worse is the out of stock item is still showing in stock online now. Highly annoying.

I received the wrong package and after making USC aware of this I had to wait 3 days for any acknowledgement. I then had to wait a further 2 days before I was given some confusing instructions on how to send the incorrect package back. When I replied to the email for clarification of said instructions, I found myself waiting again for any reply. The error was on your part and yet it almost feels like I have to beg you to fix it. Unhelpful emails sent days apart with no reassurance that I will ever get my money back/the correct order. Will not be using USC again.

So happy with my purchased, however, the courier company that delivered- FASTWAYS are absolutely terrible and should not be used, over 5 days late delivering, same everytime.

I am really unhappy with paying £7 for express delevery and I didn't reserve my order until 3 days later put me off ordering again

I ordered a pair of ladies vans in size 5 and received a beige pair of converse high tops in size 7 instead, I've then had to pay postage to return them.

I ordered on the 29th wednesday august my shirt and i paid premium dpd next day at £8.00 pound and had to wait 5 days. So I refused to sign when it arrived on the following tuesday and told dpd to send it back. Over the last few years since at least 2015 Ive spent hundreds in this shop in Hanley my entire waredrobe is full of their gear. But after this....I wont be going back again. Unreliable no longer trust them.
