“Sent the wrong item. Tried to return to store because of your silly policy I am unable to apparently. Emailed your team and advised to wait 1-3 to even get a response. Extremely unhappy it’s just not good enough considering how much I spent.”

“Maybe not an accurate review off Usc, but my parcel never arrived. I have been keeping tabs on it all weekend and the courier used to deliver my item has updated the delivery to 'Parcel left atfront Porch' I can 100% confirm my item wasn't on my front Porch.. it's either not been delivered or has stolen it from my 'front porch' I have asked neighbours did they take the parcel in for me, or did it get delivered to them but it hasn't been seen. I can't understand why a coat valued at £165 was just left at my front door nor why its wasnt signed delivery?? So not a bad review due to usc, but the courier they have used. I found the usc website and order process very easy and seamless, but at the end of the day I don't have my item I paid for!”

“Shocking staff couldn’t even be bothered to look for the shoes we wanted! As a result ordered online and think that not being able to order to store for free is a rip off. Next time will be buying from anywhere else that stocks the same shoes - on this occasion USC was the only option but would definitely not recommend.”

“Hi not happy this is the 2nd time this has happened I ordered these clothes on the 24th of August and still no sign of the clothes got a email on the 25th saying order has been processed and collected by the courier. I ordered these clothes needing them as soon as even paid for better shipping (£6.99)to get them to be as soon as. 7 days and still no sign for the cost of £6.99 It’s a Joke.. Not fussed about the money its just annoying you can charge for better delivery but it’s worse meant to be a professional business but your service is shocking. Get better delivery by eBay shops. Awful customer service will not buy again from you! Shocking service and you will not make up for the 2nd time this has happened. So hopefully I get my clothes soon as I need them for my holiday..”

“Saw a t shirt in the Warrington store. One size medium, we needed a large. Went to two more stores which were not local. Both just had one t shirt in medium. So had no alternative but to order online. Can't believe you have to pay £4.99 to get it delivered to a Sports Direct store. This should a free delivery when your picking up from the same company. Wont be ordering again !”

“Lucky to get 1 star, that's for prompt delivery. I originally ordered 3 items but only 2 in stock. The item unavailable was the main reason for purchase. The other items delivered were poor quality - the lacoste polo arrived dirty, looked like it had been kicked around warehouse floor. The 2nd item a lacoste baseball hat must have been returned. It arrived with labels unattached and signs of wear. Shocking service. I'm a 2 time customer, 1st and last”

“Unfortunately a white shirt I bought has black stains in the arm, I paid £12 postage for this item and ordered a month early for a birthday present. To return and exchange, it's going to cost me to send it back, (which I shouldt have to pay) and then wait for a exchange to be sent back to me, which won't be here in time for the birthday. Just very disappointed”

“i ordered 2x vests and the delivery driver from hermes has said that my parcel was delivered in an email but no package no card through door even though i was in at 18:24 it is under investigation at the moment its not a lot of money but principle”
