It was 3 days before the order was confirmed and it then cost £5 to get parcel delivered, I tried to exchange items in stock at the shop for a different size. Told the only way to be returned was via post office costing £14. So much for sale items nearly cost me more than the full cost

standard delivery complete joke takes them 2 days to process your order and u pay £ 4.99 for this

Received email saying courier had delivered and was signed for, was not delivered to me, contacted hermes to be told i would hear within 23 hours, never heard for 2 days, received my items the following day, when I opened the package, one of the teeshirts I had ordered were boxed and the other one was not, although they were both the same only in different colours , the zip up top was half hanging out the plastic bag, not impressed at all

The item delivered was faulty and returned at the cost of £10.99 to myself which I think is ridiculous so all in to not have a pair of boots cost me £14.99 it is safe to say I will not be shopping here again

I was sent a used Jean, shuffled into a carrier bag. Bad experience I can't sendu it back because of registrated post is expensive

Not happy. Got sent the wrong size of item and faulty item. Paid next day delivery for no reason and also paid to send back the items. Spent £17.99 for no reason so hopefully I should get a refund because USC has some good stuff and I would want to continue buying from them but depends on customer service

Have used USC a lot. Recently pre ordered an item and paid £55. When it arrived it had a sale sticker on it for £21. Won't be using USC again

The items were good and I was really happy with the price. However, I had to return one item which cost me nearly £5 to send back due to being too small. If I’d of had to send all items back it would have cost me nearly £20 plus i paid £5 for delivery so I could of potentially been out of pocket £25 with no goods to show for it if I didn’t want all items. I’m lucky I only needed to send one item back. This has put me off ever ordering from USC in the future, unless they have a better returns policy. Which is ashame because like I said I really liked the price and products.

The item was said to arrive 5-7 days. It took USC just 13 days to deliver it. Highly unsatisfactory... No words of sorry or any apologies. Will not shop at USC anymore

Ordered 2 boss t shirts 1 of them was wrong colour when came and they were both priced at £49 but when got them they had price tags on saying £39 .when rang up bout it was told to put it in an email as don’t deal over the phone poor customer service all round

Awful. Clothes didn’t fit, returned to Romford store for a refund and was refused and insisted it had to be returned by online returns form. Staff incredibly rude, won’t be purchasing again from USC

I ended up with the same pair of trainers being delivered twice on the same door. Your website crashed during the first order, so I repeated it and then got 2 pairs on the same day. I sent an e-mail asking what to do and all I get back is a automated response, which isn't good enough as the error is your fault.

I received a shirt that I purchased online with a ink security tag paid next day delivery and needed it for that specific day because I had a event to go to and ended up missing the first half because I had to take the shirt back. Then when I got Into the store the they couldn't take the security tag off the let me swap the shirt but then had to put another 10 pounds on top of what I already paid so after delivery and postage I was 18 pounds out of pocket that's not included the fuel i used to go to the USC shop.
